The young nordic label is back at
it with a sturdy 12' vinyl release, produced by the Helsinki underground
electronic music champion Poly Sone. The three tracker kicks off with an
intro track titled Come Find Me' which combines stripped down rhythm patterns
with a subtle choir pad. On top of the foundation, an entrancing spoken word
verse works as the main ingredient throughout the track. As the needle pushes
onwards to the title track Echolocate', the listener is confronted with a
robust wall of low-end, soon accompanied by rolling percussions and clever
use of reverb and delay. The simple composition highlights its sterling
production and makes for a highly useful dancefloor tool. The last track
Helix' bundles up the record nicely as the most melodic one of the bunch. The
agile synth stabs and dystopic pads operate on a surprisingly groovy soil of
bass and drums which add up to a dreamy whole. In all its variety, Poly
Sone's Echolocate EP' can be considered the dancers as well as the DJ's
choice |

Uno lleva ya unos cuantos a;os en
este oficio pero no deja de sorprenderse. Las canciones se esconden en sitios
verdaderamente insospechados, agazapadas hasta que encuentran el momento que
creen adecuado para mostrarse. A veces se agrupan como una bandada de
estorninos y pasan volando y haciendo acrobacias cada vez más cerca hasta que
les prestas atención, otras un rastro de gotas o migas de pan te lleva hasta
el sitio. Esta vez, una caravana de hormigas nos ha llevado hasta una bolsa
de papel grasienta abandonada al parecer hace tiempo en una esquina de
GuitarTown. La hemos abierto con cuidado y se nos ha escapado un

Records. After a year since from her last release on vinyl, during this time,
we have been able to see some of her releases in digital format, but, It's
vinyl time , we have generated enough waiting and now we can enjoy a powerful
vinyl, with a magnificent work of art and design for collectors and four
powerful tracks with 3 of the best producers of the Techno scene. IP005:
Almost two years have gone by since the team at Injected Poison Records
launched its previous vinyl record. Now, the label headed by the Spanish
artist Jose Pouj brings us its fifth release. Available on vinyl and digital,
this issue will be jam-packed with the best and most up-to-date techno,
because they have enlisted the most outstanding Spanish producers: Oscar
Mulero, Christian Wunsch, Exium and the label's boss himself: Jose Pouj.,
whom we also know as Hector Sandoval and Valentin Corujo. This track is
slightly different from what we are accustomed to hear from these producers:
a great and dynamic structure which is innovating, whilst retaining the

Este es el primer álbum del grupo sin la presencia de sus fundadores e
ideólogos Iosu Expósito y Juanma Suárez. Tras la muerte de Iosu el 31 de mayo
de 1992, Pako y Juanma decidieron seguir adelante con un nuevo proyecto junto
a Urko Igartiburu, aunque durante las sesiones Juanma estaba muy débil de
salud, lo cual terminó con su fallecimiento el 9 de octubre de 1992. Tras
esto, Pako se pone en contacto con I;aki, quién había reemplazado a Iosu en
la gira de Eskorbuto en México, esta vez como bajista, y junto a Garolpa y
Urko Igartiburu para completar la formación. La parte trasera del álbum posee
la siguiente línea que dice> @Abandonar Eskorbuto en estos momentos sería
