ZULU MEN is a musical project
loaded with a big taste of New Orleans sound. Music influenced by artists
like Dr. John, Allen Toussaint, Trombone Shorty, The Meters and many other
important names from the southwest of Louisiana.A fresh and original performance
that they have been playing live in many clubs, festivals and different
venues all around Spain. Their latest work is a new vinyl single released in
March 2020 in partnership with the musical magazine Enlace Funk. The A side
is an original song called "Don't Give Up" that approaches the
characteristic Second Line rhythm of the New Orleans parades, combined with a
lively melody that goes right to the ear of the listeners to move their
bodies from top to toe. Also, wanting to honor the figure of the legend Allen
Toussaint, who gave his last concert in Madrid, the B side is a cover of one
of his biggest hits, "Sweet Touch of Love", revisited in an

of the back of his recent 'Environments Ten' release on XVI Records, South
London based producer and Brownswood Future Bubblers alumni Munro returns to
his own imprint Arken Records, bringing a few friends along for the ride.
Following on from his debut Arken Records 12", (a limited- to 100 run
which gained him support from the likes of Bradley Zero, Jimpster & more)
Munro enlists the help of long time friends Um River & Bard, and fellow
Future Bubblers participant Revenu, delivering four upfront, forward-thinking
and uncompromising tracks. From the deep, acid driven, broken beats of Bards
"Tatala" to the cavernous, unrelenting energy of Munro's
"Fall" - each cut seems to feed from the energy of the other,
twisting and turning into constantly unexpected directions. A dark modular
synthesis induced atmosphere hangs heavy throughout the record creating an

thrilling three track solo EP. Andrejko is part of the Berlin new breed
becoming renowned for his dark and uncompromising closing sets at the
legendary Stattbad on Sunday mornings and has gone on to get bookings further
afield as a result. Both as a DJ and producer, his stripped down, hyperdriven
sound is perfectly abrasive yet comes with exactly the right amount of detail
to make it irresistibly hypnotic and escapist. Opener 'Eating' is bleak,
futurist, Terminator techno with unrelenting drums that hit hard each and
every time. Subtle rising synths add to the tension while rugged loops keep

Belgium's iconic Music Man Records with his brand new 'Synesthetic Flow'. The
essential 2-track offering sees the sophisticated melodic Techno pioneer
deliver one of his finest records in recent times, following his acclaimed
fifth LP At The Turn of Equilibrium (released on the aforementioned label in
2016) and more recent releases on imprints such as GTO Recordings, Last Night
On Earth, MOOD and Systematic Recordings amongst others. The original version
of Synesthetic Flow kicks things off, taking the listener on a 8-minute
melodic trance-esque journey that boasts a sublime evolving arrangement
encompassing, a solid four-to-the-floor rhythm, intriguing percussive
elements and a distinctive arpeggiated synth melody that takes centre stage.

Since launching a decade ago, the
label has increasingly focused its attention away from generic club sounds
and last year's releases include Sigha's IDM-tinged alias Faugust, as well as
left-of-centre Eps from Portrait and AVL. Joining them for the label's first
release of 2020 is innovative Japanese producer Masaki Uchida who displays
his prowess as a sound designer and multi-instrumentalist across six tracks.
Uchida rips apart a variety of contemporary and classic electronic styles,
reassembling them into a uniquely beautiful new whole. Often walking the line
between extremes, the release features both moments of chaos and times of

For
the ninth release in their main label series Haven are proud to be inviting
German production duo New Frames for their first full EP on the label,
following on from the release of "Scatter" on Haven's first VA
compilation - easily one of 2019's biggest tracks with support across the
board. The A1 launches the record with the apocalyptic "Eine Andere
Welt" - a true peak-time smasher showcasing the duo's production
capability, with epic rave synth work, pounding drums, and crunchy sound
design already proving to move international dance floors. This is followed
by "Stylized Fear" on the A2, utilising broken drum patters,
perilous vocal chants and threatening atmospheres in a hectic roller. The
flip is kicked off with "The End Of It All" on the B1 bringing
things back to slamming 4-4 territory - where ominous and powerful synth
design, stomping drum rhythms, and a DnB-inspired breakdown provide another
soundtrack to club madness in the duo's discography. Finally the B2 closes
the record with an enormous Perc remix of the A1 tune, finishing with another
potent piece of dance floor fodder from Haven |

Rarely
has a band had a more fitting name than HEISA: three grounded blokes from
Limburg with musical gold in their hands. Possessed yet measured. Uneasy yet
mesmerising. Disorienting yet catchy. HEISA is all of these things and
preferably at the same time. In the best tradition of unconventional bands
ranging from Tool across Battles to Warpaint, Jacques Nomdefamille (also
Peuk), Koen Castermans and Jonathan Frederix have forged ten songs that run
the gamut from surprise and enchantment to castigation. On their maiden
full-length 'joni', HEISA plays around with rhythms, atmospheres and
keyboards while choosing their moments to break the painstakingly constructed
tension with punishing guitars and waves of distortion. The vocals do not
monopolise the listener's attention but instead complement the other
instruments. The result is an entirely unique sound. On the road HEISA leaves
a trail of destruction in its wake. Their live shows are exciting,
surprising, slightly theatrical and explore the boundaries of the humanly
bearable. Those who have had the privilege of seeing HEISA live become a fan
