journey through underground club music is also the first various artist of
the label. The opening track is a an acid cut with a bouncing backbeat
provided by Dormald aka Omar Akhrif and Donald, owners of Big Morning Records
and resident at Veniceberg. The A2 is a smoking clubbing anthem that will
immediately bring you to the UK scene, home of the Italian artist Jos, who
built his reputation through the years with his productions for his labels
Eya / Lonewolf and his DJ set around Europe. The opening track of the B-side
is the debut of Grapevibe, a collective straight out of Bologna. It's a house

Records proudly announces From The Far Future Pt. 3, a new album from
Terrence Dixon. Continuing the story of his previous two iterations on this
title, spanning 3 vinyl discs, it is a serene undertaking of unrivalled Motor
City rhythms and sound. It finds the Detroit producer oscillating, from
excursions in paradises of synth pointillism to husky storytelling and
Dixon’s peculiar beat work. A master in letting shapes find their form, Dixon
allows the listener to wallow in recurring scenes. Lost Communication
Procedure, Found In Space and Remarkable Wanderer etch a sound world of
choral vibrations and cinematic dirge. Where gaseous clouds scrape the
natural sonic pastures of such environments, the hypnotized listener staggers
a drunken step, moving sideways by 0 or 1 or -1 into new scenes. Not least an
expert in industrial abstraction, a human silhouette permeates Dixon’s sound.
His ethereal storytelling portrays the heart-rending romance of Unconditional
Love and unearths in I’m Away In Detroit monologuing moodscapes recalling our
GPS voice assistants. Out of Darkness initial recalls Kraftwerk’s Geiger
counter, as from pure signal data and feedback spells an unceasing locomotive
wormhole. Hazy, dense grooves drive across bleak city scenes in We Can
Rebuild Him, into the raw vibe of Framework and the rude stabs of Spectrum of
Light. The varying presence of Dixon's work is one of his textural
signatures, at arm's length, brushing right within, and far out. The bumping
mood of Earth Station is one such moment, close enough to isolate the diving
bass somewhere within, simultaneously from afar it becomes positively
gravitational. The first two records of the series are rightfully considered
among the finest embodiments of contemporary minimalism, symbolic documents
of afro-futurism. This new work revives the classic series, continuing the
relationship between Tresor and the undisputed master of Detroit techno into
the present day |

The
early 1970s saw Horace due to political reasons move on to work with producer
Bunny Lee, a move that suited his talents and beliefs, Horace being an early
advocate to the Rastafarian faith.The tracks which he cut with Bunny, which
we concentrate on here gave his songs a rootsy feel. The rhythms often cut at
Channel ONE and Randys Studio17 and finalised at King Tubbys, provided a fine
backbone for Horace to recut some of his earlier classics, along side his
newer songs also to become reggae standards. Like Money Money, Zion Gate the

Silva in 1977 creating the In the Light album and the New York based Lloyd

the powerlessness of people tossed around on the waves of history and

Somniac One's fourth EP for
PRSPCT XTRM is a love song to hardcore of yore, featuring two nostalgic
original tracks and a hellfire remix of Party In My Head anthem 'Kill
Everyone' by the one and only Deathmachine. Somniac One's intense atmospheres

Rhythm
Buro's second VA release comes together as something of a legacy of doing
parties and running a label for nearly 6 years. While the Ukrainain founders
and core team is three members, the extended collective is composed of DJs
and producers who've often played the parties, fans and friends alike from
around the world. This EP is a celebration of that community: the Kyiv-based
initiative has brought a handful of the parties' friends together for one
beautiful four-tracker. After a run of solo EPs in their catalog by the likes
of Zadig, Haze, Na Nich and Cyspe, Rhythm Buro's 7th release includes such
artists as the Italian duo a_000, their compatriots Orion, one-half of
Artefakt, Lapien, and the up-and-coming French techno prodigy, Hydrangea. The
record is intentionally divided into two different parts: the A side presents
deep techno done very well, while the B side explores slightly housier sonic
ventures. A1's "Lilium" is a track that might be best known among
some of the heads; it was posted on soundcloud for a short time, but now sees
the proper pressing it deserves. Its palate appropriately sets the deep and

Records, an independent techno label based in Scotland. Moscow based Bermind
AKA Ksenia Volker is a producer and DJ who’s known for her twisted, distorted

BPitch family are pleased to announce the arrival of a new member of our
team, as Berlin-based pro- ducer Amotik join us with his Daya EP. Amotik has
been self-releasing his music for the past couple of years, dropping several
EPs and his debut album. His minimalist, hypnotic take on techno is
mesmerising and it caught the ear of BPitch boss Ellen Allien some time ago.
It didn’t take long for a strong connection to be made between Amotik and the
label, resulting in his first appearance with us. Daya contains four powerful
cuts, with undulating low frequencies and nuanced composition designed to
target mind, body and spirit... ‘Baya’ submerges us in its dense low end
straight off the bat. A solemn motif repeats over and over as Amotik gently
raises the energy and tension, amplified by eerie, highly affecting organ
keys. Title track ‘Daya’ utilises a muffled spoken word sample with haunting
production to captivate the listener as the almighty thud of the kick drum
rains down heavy. Next up is ‘Aage’ which feels a lot more ‘busy’ than the

'Time', in collaboration with Jaw - and more doped up trip-hop-ness. 'Life',
the slo-mo chugger that will get the feels on alert, the chillax of 'Nothing'
and 'Love,' and the luscious 'Moment' feat. Angelika Nowak, a sample-heavy,
soul jam whose naive charm will prove hard to resist, even for the
stonehearted. Catz 'n Dogz explore inwards the heart's non-spoken spheres,
where the pop-infused hip-hop 'Meditate' introduces Heather Chelan. A more
personal affair 'Listen' makes for a playful interlude. 'It's OK' invites you

Interface (formerly known as SNØW) returns to the seminal R&S Records
following the success of last year’s R&S Presents: More Time Records Vol
1, which was a 4 track compilation featuring Ahadadream, Bala Bala Boyz,
Bryte & SNØW.He is the co-founder of London’s More Time Records, on which
he has released much of his own music as SNØW (including collaborations with
Zed Bias, Fox, Dread MC & more) and can also be found monthly on Rinse FM
and Reprezent Radio playing a range of percussive genres including UK Funky,
GQOM, Kuduro, Afrobeats and more. The name change takes him closer to his
first alias Interface, under which he had DnB hits with the likes of DJ Die
and more, he explains: “When i first released music back in my early DnB days
I used the alias “Interface” and so many people still call me Sam Interface -
it feels like the most natural name for me.” The lead track “Underground”
(which samples an announcement from the tube) references a range of
London-centric genres, combining polyrhythmic percussion with an extremely
upfront bass sound which draws influence from and exxagerates recent drill

event to announce this amazing new EP from Shed on Tectonic, showcasing 3
distinctive and highly effective techno cuts. ‘Try’ takes a broken-beat
techno rhythm for it’s spine - reminiscent a little of the 2008/9
dubstep/techno crossover period. Tension is set with dissonant elements
pulsing around swooping subs until we are saved by the heroic pads that ease
in, building ever upwards to a lush finale. Close your eyes and be
transported back to the rave. ‘Box’ is a darker, more percussive affair -
claustrophobic and industrial. 130bpm 4/4 distorted kicks set the stage as
frantic drum machine hats and claps crash about heavily reverb’ed ghostly
samples. Lastly we come to ‘Sweep’, a hypnotic bleepy roller with a bass
heavy presence. As the riff loops up and over, drums build and a dissonant
synth part creeps in |

Hailing
from the small, conservative market town of Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, The
Charlottes rose from the ashes of a short-lived band called The Giant Polar
Bears, before that, bassist David Fletcher had been in Red Over White,
guitarist Graham Gargiulo had played in Mithrandir while drummer Simon Scott
would eventually end up in Slowdive, early vocalist John Lindsell was
replaced by Petra Roddis. Their debut single, "Are You Happy Now,"
issued on the short-lived local independent, Moleworth Records, was in
melodic power-pop mode, debut album Lovehappy was recorded in Bristol and
released by Martin Whitehead's Subway Organization in August 1989, to rave
reviews. Championed by John Peel, it showcased their evolving "Wall of
Guitar" sound, moving away from the tamer pop beginnings. Follow-up EP
"Love In The Emptinesss" showed continued growth, the song
constructions becoming more complex and layered, and when the group signed to
Cherry Red in 1990, the single "Liar" began making waves in
America, though the group somehow split right at this high-water mark,
thankfully, the EP and single are both included on our expanded Lovehappy
reissue |

Released for RSD 2020. Adventurous southern California punk trio Agent Orange
was the first band to mix surf rock with punk. The group was formed in1l979
in Placentia, a small town close to Fullerton and Anaheim, by frontman Mike
Palm on guitar and lead vocals, Steve Soto on bass and Scott Miller on drums.
That early line up recorded the classic version of "Bloodstains" in
1979 as a demo produced by Daniel R. van Patten (of the group Berlin). A year
later it was included on the seminal Rodney On The Roq compilation album
released by Posh Boy Records. Meanwhile James Levesque had replaced Steve
Soto (Adolescents) and the new line up released their own self produced and
self released 7" ep in 1980. A year later, the group signed with Robbie
Fields' Posh Boy Records for their debut LP Living In Darkness, co-produced
by Fields and former Simpletones guitarist Jay Lansford. The album was
recorded at Brian Elliott's store front studio in North Hollywood) a few
years before Elliott struck gold writing Madonna's "Papa Don't

The
Stereotypes formed in 2001 in San Diego, CA. Since our inception we've
recorded 2 albums released on Earthling Records and have opened for Spoon,
Supergrass, and the legendary Buzzcocks. The Stereotypes came together in
Winter 2002. John Finkbiner, Mike Kamoo, and Dante Conti had arranged an
informal recording session at Earthling studios to see what might come of it.
The results of this session were promising and over the next few months more
recordings resulted in The Stereotypes debut release "1". A wave of
publicity followed and thrust The Stereotypes into the So. California music
scene. Tim Hines and Bobby Shaddox were added to the lineup and within the
first year The Stereotypes landed shows opening for Spoon, Supergrass, and
the legendary Buzzcocks. "The Types" found themselves writing a
slew of new songs and returned to the studio to work on their follow up
"2", which was completed in 2004. The band has managed to work in
more sonic texture this time round and it proves to be a more layered
production overall, adding more use of background vocal harmonies as well as
Hammond and Wurlitzer keys to the mix. On "2", song arrangement and
melody take presidence over the simplified and more immediate tone of
"1". The trademark "dirty" sound of The Stereotypes is
still prevelant on this record and people who want the rock will not be
diappointed with the opening track "New Situation" |

third feature film by director Gian Luigi Polidoro, an Italian film irregular
who has signed only a handful of films poised between comedy and eroticism
between the 60s and 80s. Written by Rodolfo Sonego and interpreted by an
Alberto Sordi in a state of grace, 'Il Diavolo' takes up a theme already
addressed by Polidoro and Sonego in 'Le Svedesi' of 1960, that is the Italic
myth of the Swedish woman and trips to Scandinavia of our unlikely and
provincial Latin lovers. A notable success at home and abroad, the film was
renamed 'To Bed ... or Not To Bed' for the American market and won Alberto
Sordi a Golden Globe for best comedy actor in 1964. The soundtrack written by
Maestro Piero Piccioni alternates orchestral songs with a romantic flavor,
swing era jazz and lounge sketches with a samba twist. Reissued for the first
time on vinyl since its release in 1963, the album represents a perfect
compendium of Piccioni-s style of the early 60s and one of the first peaks of
the collaboration with Sordi and Sonego, an artistic and human partnership

For
their milestone 10th release on their main label series Haven is honoured to
be working with celebrated Swedish experimentalist Peder Mannerfelt with a
collection of energetic and diverse UK-influenced stompers. The EP kicks off
with "Enter Reoccurring Disparity" on the A1. Fierce synth bleeps,
classic drum breaks and creative percussion interplay around the pounding
kick in this hectic club banger. Following on the A2 "And That
Happened" takes the record in to moody broken beat territory, utilising
murky drones and experimental textures alongside wild, morphing drum work in
a sludgy mutant roller. The flip-side launches with "Stockholm
Shuffle" on the B1 with grimy bass pulses, half-time snares, and ominous
atmospheres in the ideal half-way point between dubstep and 4-4 techno. The
EP closes with a driving remix from yung Haven main-stay Tommy Holohan.
Rolling drum rhythms, vocal chants and nimble synth work propel the track
towards its euphoric breakdown and square-bass melody in another impressive
track from Ireland's finest up-and-comer |

Leisure Lands EP is a collection of tracks that we feel could live in the
same painting. In one corner, there are morning tones, calmness outside, and
a little blue hint in the sky that the sun is coming out but isn't here yet.
In another corner, there are psychedelic rituals and ceremonies taking place.
Over the past year, we selected projects that fit the image of this painting.
We have been using some exciting new software and instruments to add new
audio to our productions. Lately, primarily Kiloheartz Multipass, field
recordings, our new cello, other oddities that one might find in their home,
