decade after the international boom of the Iberian Hardcore scene and its
subsequent decline, some members of the bands ORDEN MUNDIAL and BARCELONA,
scattered around Europe, got together to form LAME, with MORREADORAS' bassist
on vocal duties. These 7 songs were written in Mallorca during 4 days and
recorded in pieces between Mallorca and Berlin shortly after. An
instantaneous and fleeting project, quick and concise, with no time for
regrets. A journey through the generalised madness that affects us from far
and near: a mixture of reflections and blind head-butts against the padded
walls of understanding. The loss of control, the loss of time, the loss of
oneself and the loss of dear departed all meet at once. Resignation is death
indeed. What does it sound like? Unabashed hardcore with a broad spectrum of
current and classic influences. Serrated guitar riffs, mechanical deep bass
lines and hypnotic drumming backing an extremely sharp and vile vocal
delivery. It can remind you at times of CHAIN REACTION and GRB, of

Tony
Boninsegna: Notes From The Underground 1986-1994 (Volumes 1 and 2) Cold Blow
/ Musique Pour La Danse. The story of dance music is littered with hidden
heroes and underground activists whose immense contributions have been
overlooked, ignored and under-documented. Tony Boninsegna, a producer who
made and released countless classic cuts and forgotten gems during the acid
house and rave era, is one such example. Melding elements of all that was
popular in underground clubs at the time to create his own
dancefloor-friendly sound worlds, Boninsegna amassed a huge catalogue between
1986 and '94, while hiding his involvement via an array of oddball aliases
and opaque pseudonyms. Boninsegna's story first came to light four years ago
when he appeared in Join The Future: Bleep Techno and the Birth of British
Bass Music, Matt Anniss's critically acclaimed alternative history of UK
dance music in the rave era. Now Cold Blow has joined forces with Musique
Pour La Danse to deliver a much-needed anthology of his greatest productions
and co-productions - many rare or hard-to-find - for the first time.
Featuring 24 restored and remastered tracks stretched across two volumes on
vinyl and digital, including a handful of previously unreleased tracks and
mixes, and accompanied by detailed sleeve notes by Anniss, Notes From The
Underground 1986-1994 is a joyful celebration of one of British dance music's
most under-appreciated artists. The full breadth and depth of Boninsegna's
rave-ready catalogue, as well as an indication of the sheer volume of aliases
he utilised during the period, is explored in detail across the two-part
compilation. Fittingly, volume one features two previously unreleased
recordings that mark his earliest explorations of the emerging house sound
(both as The Rhythm Squad, with Richard Compton), alongside touchstone
releases such as Zeco's 'The Witch Trials' (a 1989 production that marked his
first outing on vinyl), celebrated workouts recorded with regular
collaborator Mykey Tee (Lab Technicians' bleep-inspired 'We Gave U Life', Big
Showdown's epic 'They're Here' and AEK's mind-mangling, bleep & breaks
number 'Lick It'), and genuinely overlooked gems (the proto-tribal house of
Pierrepoint's acid-smothered 'Tonnerre' and saucer-eyed rush of Estudiantes'
'Let The Music Into Your Mind'). It all adds up to the definitive musical
retrospective of a genuine underground, rave-era hero whose time in the
spotlight may finally have arrived |

Bony King of Nowhere is the artistic alias of Belgian artist Bram Vanparys.
He made a mark in 2018 with the release of his critically acclaimed album
Silent Days. The record received consistent 4- and 5-star press reviews and
was hailed as his best album to date. It also earned Vanparys a Music
Industry Award (BE) for 'best author-composer'. Silent Days revealed the full
potential of the singer-songwriter and his commitment to never repeat himself
and keep surpassing his creative abilities. The new album, entitled Everybody
Knows, has been a long time coming, partly due to Vanparys' aforementioned
pledge to artistic evolution. The first two tracks he unveiled give a
definite hint of what to expect from this album. 'Are You Still Alive' and
'Almost Invisible' carry the quality mark, known colour scheme and scent of
The Bony King of Nowhere, but add many more hues and details. The new record
showcases the new league Vanparys is playing in. Themes like rusted patterns
in society, the obedience of the everyday man, the structural false ignorance
of big shots, the toxicity of online communication and other very
recognisable but not always pleasant subjects. Inspired by the observations
of many sociologists, Vanparys dissects our society, the loneliest ever. This
album is not just disconcerting though, in its strength lies a sense of hope
and vigour. The first singles promise a new album with lots of punch and
energy, while Vanparys is unveiling the complete complexion of his voice
whilst remaining vulnerable and honest. On the album, he is accompanied by
multi-talent guitarist Vitja Pauwels (Naima Joris), pianist Hendrik Lasure
(Tamino, Bombataz), drummer Simon Segers (Sylvie Kreusch, Stadt) and bass
player Jasper Hautekiet. While the songwriting legends, particularly Neil
Young and Bob Dylan, have always kept Bram company, his latest compositions
also draw inspiration from more contemporary artists. The influence of PJ
Harvey, Blur and Nick Cave are unmistakable when you listen to his music.
While staying true to his heartfelt songwriting style and captivating voice,
The Bony King Of Nowhere embarks on a journey into uncharted musical and
thematic realms. The last time this band was on tour in support of 'Silent
Days', they took a big leap forward while touring 75 shows across renowned
venues and festivals in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and France, with a
packed Ancienne Belgique in Brussels as one of the highlights. Now the
five-man-band, consisting of Jasper Hautekiet, Simon Segers, Thijs Troch

recognisable but not always pleasant subjects. Inspired by the observations
of many sociologists, Vanparys dissects our society, the loneliest ever. This
album is not just disconcerting though, in its strength lies a sense of hope
and vigour. The first singles promise a new album with lots of punch and
energy, while Vanparys is unveiling the complete complexion of his voice
whilst remaining vulnerable and honest. On the album, he is accompanied by

Days', they took a big leap forward while touring 75 shows across renowned
venues and festivals in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, and France, with a
packed Ancienne Belgique in Brussels as one of the highlights. Now the

as a teenager in 1959 after he left Washington DC for New York, but debut
single 'Make Her Mine' flopped. Two years later, songwriter Rudy Clark
discovered Ray and got him signed to the Caprice label, the resultant 'If You
Gotta Make A Fool Of Somebody' a top-30 hit that the Beatles covered in early
live sets. Ray's self-titled debut album had that hit and the equally
appealing follw-up, tty Bitty Pieces,' as well as 'I've Got My Mind Set On
You,' later successfully covered by George Harrison. An overdose would
tragically cut short Ray's career, this sole LP a testament to his enduring

Nobu
welcomes Japanese sound artist Doltz to his Bitta imprint for a full pack of
hypnotic techno. Doltz started his musical career in 1998 as a drummer in a
hardcore punk band, and had a fateful encounter with DJ Nobu, who shares the
same musical roots, when they were billed alongside each other at a party
called 'Broad' in Fukuoka-city in the winter of 2022. Impressed by Doltz's
live performance, DJ Nobu immediately booked him for his residency party
'reprise' at Womb Tokyo. Set the stage for Doltz's sensational debut in
Tokyo. The two hit it off and began exchanging tracks, with DJ Nobu actively
playing out Doltz's tracks while touring across the world and receiving a
good response. This first EP on Bitta consists of four of such tracks that
were tested and proven. Doltz has already released several deeper techno and
ambient works under the alias, but his encounter with DJ Nobu has allowed him
to show his new potential on trippy and powerful tracks that are more
dancefloor-oriented, and he has made rapid progress as an electronic music

For
the next Blue Hour Music chapter, a special friend of the label’s family is
stepping in. Hailing from the city of Delft, Dutch composer Spekki Webu
delivers ‘Tenzan’, a forceful 4-track EP which might be the producer’s most
ambitious project to date. Spawned from a place of personal reflection,
Tenzan is the result of the ongoing cycle of life that has been influencing
Webu since his early years. This philosophy was heightened after a
fascination for mountains and a series of dreams about enlightenment on top
of a sacred hill. These dreams later became reality after witnessing a
‘Tenzan’ (translated as ‘heavenly mountain’) during a trip in the Japanese
wilderness. The cycle of life as represented by the heavenly mountain formed
the spiritual direction to complete the narrative for this long-running Blue
Hour project - as the leaves fell into place a new cycle began. Aligned in
force and vigor, the A-side takes off with ‘Okada’, a grooving tension
builder led by ominous melodies that drift off into the depths of the
forests. Entering a state of empyrean elevation, ‘Horizon’ is a dub-induced
peak-time roller of monumental grandeur. On the B side, the gears shift as
‘Solaris’ unveils a contemporary reinterpretation of 90s acid trance, fusing
psyche-warping panned drones and minimalistic drum programming set to make
blood pressures rise. Coming full circle, ‘Eion’ delivers euphoric salvation
with a pulsating bassline guided by dreamy, repetitive soundscapes that reach
for atmospheric heights. Vertigo-induced and wisdom-fueled, Spekki Webu opens
the portal to the next cycle of sonic exploration marking the 25th release on

newly reborn Danish label, tech-nology, is reintroducing itsfirst two
releases. Tech-nology is thrilled to reintroduce the world to the
groundbreaking debut releases from 2003. This was the first release on the
label bearing the title "RedSector" and catapulted tech-nology into
the music scene with adistinctive blend of warm, raw, and captivating machine
funk, fusing elements of techno and electroclash. The title
track"Valyom" reach third place on Ricardo Villalobos' chart, while"Echo
Dreams" became an enduring electro classic. Hailing from Belgium,
Valyom, also known as Filip Vandendriessche, had already left a strong mark
on the music landscape under the moniker DJ Valium. He had previously
released with the German label International DJ Gigolo Records and emerged as
one of the first Belgian artists to contribute tothe Detroit sound with
releases on Teknotika Records. Filip Vandendriessche has been a fixture on
record labels and event flyers since the early '90s when, fueled by his
passion for dance music, he co-founded the UFO parties in the western
provinces of Belgium. These early gatherings laid the foundation for a global
journey that took him to some of the most iconic underground parties labels
worldwide. Tech-nology is proud that Valyom was the first artist to be

Rino Cerrone continues a superb run of form that has made 2011 one of the
veteran producers vintage years in terms of production output.
'Solution'/'Decreasing Day' on the Italian producer's Unrilis imprint is a
typically no-nonsense slice of contemporary techno with a focus on
unrelenting groove and dancefloor impact. Lead track 'Solution' pairs pulsing
bottom end with delayed flourishes and uncompromising percussion to create a
powerful yet subtle effect. Arrangement, as always with Cerrone, is key makes
much of the tracks minimal elements. 'Decreasing Day' is a more detailed and
darker affair. Heavily textured, it's dense palette of sinister, bubbling
sounds makes for an almost industrial referencing cut that takes no prisoners
whatsoever with ever increasing builds and drops |

Madison, Wisconsin, Red Pants are back with their new album "Not Quite
There Yet". Waves of static guitar sounds, spirited pattering of drums,
pensive keyboard drones, and intimately whispered vocal melodies make up the
noisy indie rock of Red Pants' "Not Quite There Yet". The music
seems to fit perfectly into the visual world that exists around Red Pants:
vibrantly colored nostalgia collages, pen and ink portraits showing domestic
scenes, and slightly silly stop-motion videos. There's a kind of homely
wonder to the work that is then countered by a splash of color or a subject
with two sets of eyes. Like the visual art, the music washes fuzzy guitar
tones next to moments of sonic destruction and pairs it all with catchy pop
murmurs. Red Pants are the duo Jason Lambeth and Elsa Nekola from Madison,
Wisconsin. The two have been making music together for the last five years,
with Elsa mostly on drums and Jason on mostly everything else. On "Not
Quite There Yet," nearly all of the songs are sung by Jason, but Elsa
branches out to singing lead vocals and adds other instrumentation with

you are into techno, Svreca needs no introduction. This Spanish DJ and
producer has been travelling around the world for a while and his label
Semantica has earned its place amongst the best cult labels thanks to their
support of the vinyl format and investment on incredible artworks. They also
have one of the best artists rosters. Oscar Mulero has released some tracks
on Semantica and now it's time for Semantica's boss to release in Warm up...
So we are really excited about this! This release comes in two versions: a
four-track EP and a six-track digital release with two bonus edits by Oscar
Mulero. 'Disorder' opens side A. A bleepy, repetitive exercise, with a solid
kick and extra high-frequency analogue percussions and sweeps. Oscar Mulero's
version follows as track A2, adding more pressure to the rhythm, more
atmospheres and some FM synth details, while preserving the original bleep.
The B side starts with 'Overgang'. Once again, an obsessing high-pitched
sequence as the absolute star, plus Svreca's traditionally insane high
frequency noises, a concrete kick and repetition as a formula. OM's version
of 'Overgang': more complex than the original, with 909 hats, more synth
lines, extra bleeps and a dynamic and constantly changing arrangement. Closing

Dubplates & Mastering, Berlin. The next releases on Eotrax will round off
a busy 2018 for the label and set out an exciting proposition for a future
way of working and releasing music. In what will be an ongoing, curated
collaboration series artists will be invited to make work together for the
label, without restrictions on genre, style or aesthetics. An open
environment of collaboration and experimentation which will then be released
by the label. To launch this series label head Eomac teams up with four
different artists over four slabs of vinyl, to be released sequentially over
four months. The collaborations are improvised and composed, wild and
emotive, unexpected and expected and all of them resulting in music that
would never have been made by either artist individually. Third in the series
is from Mexican producer, film director and Motus Records owner Demian Licht
and Eomac. Over two tracks they have a created a rich tapestry of of
disparate ideas that manage to flow and move together harmoniously. The
A-side ‘VV Cephei’ combines processed choral samples with rhythms at
different tempi to paint a picture of far off galaxies, light particles
travelling forever through space. The B-side ‘Algol’ continues this
trajectory into the deepest, darkest reaches of known and unknown universes.
With records already out from Paula Temple and Seán Carpio, the series will
close in December with the final chapter from sonic renegade Kamikaze Space
Programme |

InchEric Kupper collaborates with the incredible, Samba-inspired Japanese
singer Keiko Yoshimura for an original production on his long-standing label
Hysteria. After remixing a track sung by the lovely and super talented Keiko,
a Japanese singer that specializes in Samba, Eric Kupper was so enthralled
with her voice that he felt compelled to reach out to her to collaborate on
an original production. Eric felt it would be an interesting concept to
combine the Samba melody, Japanese lyric with Afro-Cuban rhythms. This record
