underground electronic trailblazer Majestoluxe returns with his highly
anticipated album, marking his first full length release since joining the
boutique label Icons Creating Evil Art. Building on the momentum of several
acclaimed singles and the spring EP Stolid State — which featured a powerful
collaboration with à;GRUMH… vocalist J3 sEUQCAJ and remixes from British
industrial pioneers Test Dept and French genre innovators Maman Küsters — the
album promises to push boundaries even further. The upcoming album is called
Wretched Conditions and delivers 13 raw, unflinching industrial tracks that
showcase Majestoluxe's unmistakable sound. The A-side dives into his
signature industrial pop style, featuring the standout singles Assertive
Indifference, Money Mules, Life-as-a-Service and Blood on the Ceiling. The
B-side, while more texturally abrasive, steers clear of formless noise,
maintaining a tight grip on structure while evoking the gritty essence of
80's industrial. Majestoluxe also brings in some of Stockholm's finest

construction of what we know today as Chilean rock. The album is as raw and

Celebrating
the Jerry Fielding centenary, Quartet Records, in collaboration with MGM, is
proud to present the first commercial LP edition of SCORPIO, one of the most
celebrated collaborations between the composer and Michael Winner. This CIA
thriller starring Burt Lancaster, Alain Delon and Paul Scofield, gave
Fielding, a key composer in American 70s cinema, the opportunity to create a
haunting Parisian melody, which he then surrounds with his trademark complex
motifs, aggressive rhythms, and electrifying action cues, all done in his
unique voice and avant-garde style. Jerry Fielding prepared an LP for United
Artists Records in 1973, but it was ultimately aborted. It was finally
released in 1978 within the Elmer Bernstein Film Music Collection in a limited
print run, omitting any images from the film. For this edition, we had access
to the original, mint-condition album master in beautiful stereo. This
limited 500 units edition, pressed on audiophile 180 GM transparent red
vinyl, has been restored and specially mastered for vinyl by Chris Malone |

“We
go through life. We shed our skins. We become ourselves.” This line from
Patti Smith was going round and round Felix Manuel’s head as he gradually
constructed Under Tangled Silence, his first album in six years and a record
of a literal creative rebirth. Felix originally began it in earnest in 2020
Covid lockdown, but a catastrophic hard-drive meltdown destroyed almost all
his work and sent him close to psychic collapse himself. However, ultimately
this pushed him to rebuild from scratch and in so doing to confront and
reassess every part of his musical and psychological processes. The result is
utterly extraordinary. Felix was a child prodigy as an instrumentalist and
his advanced musicality has always been prominent in his music, but here he
has put himself front and centre as pianist, harpist and more. And this sense
of exposure as a performer interweaves with an unflinching emotional openness
too. Where sometimes electronic production as advanced as this can use
intellect and techniques as shields from soul-baring, this is the sound of
someone who can boldly say “I feel things, I cry all the time, and I'm not
afraid to say it or show it in the music.” But this doesn’t mean there’s a
move away from the soundsystems and dancefloors where Felix made his name as
a uniquely innovative vinyl DJ. Even just in the opening track “A Tune for
Us”, minimalist piano ripples and jazz drumming flow into the breaks of
vintage jungle – and as the structure of the LP unfolds, a deep ambient
meditation like “Hold” can sit very naturally in between the futurist
dancehall of “L’Ancienne” and the high-definition acid house mind movie of
“Galaxy in Silence”. In fact, as with the hands-on musicianship, that gutsy
big-speaker electronic impact is delivered with more certainty, more
expertise, more personal flourishes than ever. And all of those elements are
more integrated than ever too: the sound of a total musical personality
emerging afresh is truly something to behold. An already remarkable talent
has been refreshed, reborn and is making the music of his life |

heard in the pioneering club. Located in rural Destelbergen (Belgium), just a
stone's throw from Ghent, Boccaccio has secured its place among legendary
venues like Paradise Garage in New York and The Hacçinda in Manchester. Its
bold fusion of emerging electronic genres such as New Beat, Acid, House, and
Techno was way ahead of its time, drawing music lovers and clubbers from
across Belgium and beyond. Sundays at Boccaccio were unlike anywhere

Salvador's impressive young Universo Positivo label returns with a new EP
from the boss himself alongside Europe mainstay Orlando Voorn. The dynamic
duo serve up four cuts that perfectly embody their timeless sound. Salvador
has been at the heart of the underground since the 1990s. He is deeply
involved on the scene on many different levels from running the cult Tomorrow
Is Now Kid! nights in Amsterdam to labels like TINK Records and also working
as part of house acts like Black Tulip & Wendell Morrison, Thyone Girls,
Digital Cartel and many more. His music always operates at the sharp end of
the spectrum and has come on labels like Tribal America, EMI and Sony
Columbia. Orlando Voorn is equally as vital to the evolution of techno. His
sound famously builds a bridge between Detroit pioneers and the contemporary
European sound and he has worked with greats such as Blake Baxter and Amp
Fiddler. He recently remixed South Bay Jams on this label and has also
dropped music on the likes of Rush Hour, R&S and Housewax. 'Every Man
Loves' brings lavish disco strong stabs to a mid-tempo groove that is packed
with warmth. Funky bass riffs and jumbled toms all bring it to life next to
an exquisite diva vocal that brings the soul. 'Slap My Funk' hits harder with
raw drum loops and a touch of filter house energy. Chopped vocal stabs keep
things driving with more live funky bass next to jazzy chords. The steamy 'So
Well' is a fulsome house sound with big trumpet stabs and smart vocal samples
worked into a heavy, party-starting but emotional groove. Last but not least,
'Break It Down' layers up freeform Rhodes jams with crashing drums and
smeared synths to make for a real dance floor weapon. These are four potent

beautiful vocals of Fink, was Damian’s first major release since his
Grammy-nominated 2021 collaboration ‘Don’t Be Afraid’ with Diplo and Jungle,
and continues to take inspiration from global gatherings at solstice and
those moments of collective awe at sunrise. Indeed, the album’s themes of
mental elevation and psychedelic sonic journeys are evident throughout.
Damian channels this energy through tracks like the soulful ‘So Low’,
featuring the incredible Zoe Kypri, and the luminous ‘Searchin’, with Jem
Cooke, whose collaboration with Damian dates back to ‘Flourish’ (2020) and
lead single ‘Into The Sun’. Uplifting is the operative word here, as Damian

Anneleen
Boehme is a prominent figure in the Belgian jazz scene, known for her work as
a double bassist across various projects. Her virtuosity on the double bass
was already evident in LABtrio, and her skill as both a composer and
bandleader was showcased in Grand Picture Palace. Now, in her solo work, we
experience Anneleen's genuine vulnerability, as she explores the deep
connection with her ever-present companion: the double bass. Her music is a
balm for the soul, and her playing is deeply moving, leaving no listener
unaffected. In this solo project, Anneleen Boehme pushes the boundaries of
the double bass, striving to transcend them in all their forms. She places
particular emphasis on the instrument's acoustic sound, subtly highlighting
its rich, resonant voice. The music that warms her heart is at the core of
this exploration: both her original compositions written specifically for the
double bass, as well as solo arrangements of existing works and
improvisations. Her passion for both jazz and classical music is beautifully
expressed throughout. This is an embrace of the double bass, its deep tones,
and pure musicality. Eunoia is Anneleen Boehme's debut solo album, set for
release on April 18th, 2025, and it is a dedication to herself. "I wrote
a story about who I am, about the path I've walked so far. About how the mind
can drive you mad and how, amidst it all, you can find peace. I hope it will
offer you the same. Sadness, joy, and comfort for your soul." The double

Portuguese
techno mainstay Dextro drops cultured EP 'Covil Dos Abutres' for his label
debut on Mutual Rytm. Dextro has been immersed in electronic music and DJing
since the early 90s. In the decades since, he has become synonymous with a
sound deeply rooted in simplicity and authenticity. Fuelled by a passion for
his craft, his production process is guided by intuition and spans a diverse
range of styles, from tunnelling grooves to more potent techno with deep and
hypnotic layers. He has held several key residencies and released on top
labels like CLR and Missile Records, and he adds to those with a first outing
on SHDW's Mutual Rytm with 'Covil Dos Abutres'. The five-track 12" and
eight-track digital EP has a sleek, stripped-back style, with wide-spanning
corners of the techno realm explored. 'Covil Dos Abutres' is a deep space
transmission with journeying, frictionless beats and deft sci-fi motifs that
recall classic touches synonymous with the genre's pioneers. 'Correct
Incorrect' keeps the pressure on with more rubbery, dubbed-out groves
beautifully decorated with delicate melodies. 'Vida E Morte' is another
sublime and hypotonic minimal techno sound with funk in the kicks and a
freaky late-night spirit. 'Element One' again combines perfectly reduced drum
groves with atmospheric pads and curious samples that keep you intrigued, and
'Beautiful Day' closes out with sonar-like synth pulses over the most
skeletal but captivating rhythms. Digital cuts 'Time Line', 'Savana Urbana',

is the first album of Parus ethno-ambient project from Belarus that combines
pagan songs that are sang by ethnographer and folk singer Hanna Silivonchyk
on various dialects of Belarusian language and mixture of synthesizers and
field recordings that where reordered in national parks of the country by
electroacoustic music composer - Anton Anishchanka. The songs where collected
during ethnographic expeditions in remote territories by Belarusian
ethnographers in different periods of time "What I choose to sing from
the vast amount of authentic material are songs that somehow feel like mine
for all sorts of reasons, but that I love to be inside." - Hanna
Silivonchyk "Soniejka" is a summer song from the Dnepr river
region, which sings about the readiness to meet life in any of its
manifestations, about acceptance and love. "Zara" is also from the
Dnepr river region, depicting the main Indo-European mythological story of
the heavenly love between the Moon and the Dawn and their melting.
"Ruzovyja cviaty" is a lyrical song from Dzvina river region,
romantic and touching, which sings about the very beginning of love between
two people. And the song "Oj luhom idu" is a spring song from the
territory of modern Poland, from Podlasie region, which tells about the life
of a married woman, about the fate that may befall her and how it can be
experienced. All of them are about one's own feeling of the present time,
one's life, about personal life experience, but at the same time - about
universal human contents and meanings that exist outside of time |

arranger, producer, singer and author. Since his childhood and teenage years
in New York, he has experimented and nourished a sound between 70s rock,
electronic music, disco and hiphop. His American musical baggage in hand, he
moves to Paris and starts his first band, Haute, with Anna Majidson. A first
hit will be born out of their collaboration, “Shut Me Down”, whose Colors
session accumulates more than 30 million views on YouTube. After this first
success, and following numerous collaborations with various artists such as
Agoria, DJ Pone, Lala&ce, Niro or Jwles, Blasé has now his own signature
sound. Considered an alien by his peers, his first EP “Pourquoi Blasé?”
released in 2023 on French cult label Record Makers (Kavinsky, Cola Boyy,
Sebastien Tellier…) demonstrates his unique talent for blending Chic, The
Strokes and Manu Chao. “BLABLABLA”, Blasé’s debut album to be released on
March 14th stands as a personal manifesto, full of seemingly naive words and
pop explorations: 15 original songs in search for the groove. With ears
trained on US radio and charts, Blasé celebrates a generous vision of pop
that encompasses old-school hip-hop, R&B, jazz, funk, disco, and new
wave, navigating between different styles like American artists do. Some
songs are in French while others are in English, featuring singer Anna
Majidson, French sensation rapper Jwles, cult hip-hop artist Valee, and the
late Californian disco figure Cola Boyy. On “BLABLABLA”, we move from a
studio haunted by Quincy Jones to a basement where The Cure’s “Boys Don’t
Cry” is being rehearsed. These references can come to mind while listening to
BLABLABLA: Gainsbourg, Kool and the Gang, old and new cold-wave, The
Stranglers, Dire Straits, Bill Withers, Saint Germain, MC Solaar, The Bee
Gees, Drake making cumbia, Zero 7, DJ Premier, Chic, Benny Sings, Justice,
Van Halen or Defdtones guitars. Not bad for a frenchie in his twenties! On
the mixing side, the work is shared by some big names (Neal Pogue, Bambounou,
Alf, Pierrick Devin, I:Cube) for a lush result : 15 tracks – 15 bangers.
Despite its title, there’s no downtime or unnecessary chatter, but a
“BLABLABLA” reflecting Blasé’s desire to express himself freely and sincerely
