Birthing is the seventeenth
studio album from American experimental rock godheads Swans. Developed over a
particularly lengthy and punishing period on tour in 2023 and 2024, these
songs are already road-tested and battle hardened, honed through improvisation
and repetition. They also represent a potentially valedictorian artistic
statement from the band's leader Michael Gira, who has hinted that this will
be the final album in Swans' current iteration - and potentially, their last
ever. 3LP on Mute packaged in brown chipboard sleeve. Includes bonus DVD - a
live concert film by Marco Porsia & Christopher Nicholson's documentary
of Michael Gira's solo tour |

It's
time for the third owner of Taapion records to make it on the spaceship. For
the fifth release but mainly his first EP, AWB presents two original tracks
both remixed by young producers well known on the label... Fisrt come
Celestial Longitude or the first days of a star. The track starts with
breaked drums, simples Hihats lines, textured background. Then the pads come
slowly, they bring small lignhts and makes the atmsophere innocent till the
main pad theme arrives like the birth of a sun and lead to the second part
with percussive rides, organic element meaning a kind of ife around the star.
For the second original track standing on A2 called Ecliptic AWB made it more
like a tool meaning the rotation of a celestial body orbiting a star with
more background effects. Drums are more on top of the mix, a bit streched and
saturated for some of them making a stressfull atmosphere like cold nights on
this high-strung planet. But day-lights comes with the pad arriving twice
during track untill it stops and obscutiry strikes again. Remixes are
standing on side B, with the first one made by Taapion records' shadow PVNV.
He strongly reworked pads of Clestial Longitude, making melody with it,
leading to a track with a lot emotion, dynamic drums and those little
elements that made the track unmistakable from his own sound. Antigone made a
collaboration with Shlomo remixing Ecliptic and closing the Ep with a
powerfull drums contruction and rythm elements. The track keeps the tension
from the begining to the end, few breaks, not so far from the original
atmosphere, their collaborative work on this remix is truly effective |

2018
was a year in which Shaun Baron-Carvais, aka Shlomo, fully arrived as one of
techno's most exciting talents. An individual at the centre of the city's
rich and diverse scene, the Parisian affirmed the thoughts of many as he
unveiled his fourteen-track debut album "Mercurial Skin" on Taapion
to critical acclaim, marking a significant chapter in the Shlomo journey and
a first for the imprint, with DJ Mag naming the LP #6 in their Best Albums of
2018, whilst featuring in Tsugi's top three albums of the year, with praise
extending throughout the dance music world and beyond from the likes of
Groove Magazin, TRAX and Mixmag, through to publications such as Liberation,
Le Bonbon and more. The project signaled both the arrival of a highly anticipated
album, but also a complete presentation of Shaun's universe as an artist,
with Tsugi noting the release as a "first step towards the total
blossoming of a big name in electronic music" as they welcomed him to
curate their highly coveted cover CD, showcasing his diverse, expansive
palette as both a skilled producer and also a highly accomplished DJ. Having
revisited the project's material with updates and edits throughout his own
live sets, the Frenchman now welcomes an impressive cast of emerging and
established names to remix the package, spanning pockets of IDM and ambient
textures through to warping techno as he releases the four-part
"Mercurial Skin Remixes" on Taapion this September. Next, title
track "Mercurial Skin" sees new life via Ellen Allien's "Remix
1" as the BPitch Control boss lays down eerie synths amongst bumping
bass licks, whilst Reeko's remix of "Brother" ups the energy and
channels the track's intense vocals to deliver an ominous peak time offering.
Benjamin Damage's remix of "Mouais" combines rich organic
percussion and sweeping atmospherics, whilst Sodeyama's hypnotic version of
the track offers up a spellbinding five-and-a-half minute journey through
pockets of space and serenity |

"Art and science can only
develop with the free and mutual influence of the contemporaries. Respecting
always, everything that the past bestowed upon us". After a short
hiatus, Ownlife's tenth release has been revealed. Presented as crossover, this
project merges the ideas of the artist behind it. Well known producers in the
scene due to make their appearances in other renowned imprints. Hardware
jams, sharp arrangements and out of the four-to-the-floor land excursions,
are some of the characteristics of this episode, where the combination of
preterite reminiscences with the actual formulas, achieves an interesting
balance in both sides of this new maxi-single |

Back in stock! The acclaimed 1977
debut-LP by UK punk pioneers The Boys is back on vinyl! Although highly
regarded by the music press and their contemporaries, the band was somehow
criminally ignored by a wider punk audience, unable to grasp the members'
heritage of vintage rock-n-roll that went back to Chuck Berry courtesy of The
Beatles. This is an edition of 1.000 copies on classic black vinyl, coming
with a download for bonus material including demo's, single versions and the
'77 X-mas single by the band disguised as The Yobs |

Red vinyl. "Power From
Hell" is the debut studio album by British metal pioneers Onslaught,
originally released in l985. Mining the same dark and aggressive territory as
early Slayer, it helped forge a sound that would later evolve into something
even more extreme. With its raw intensity and unrelenting energy, the album
became a crucial piece of heavy music history, influencing and shaping the
early works of legendary bands like Exodus, Slayer, and Metallica. Nearly
four decades later, "Power From Hell" remains a defining statement
of its era |

Erazerhead was a four-member band
hailing from East London, active between 1980 and 1984. The lineup featured
Lee on vocals, Jim on guitar, Gary on bass, and Billy on drums. During their
brief career, they managed to release two albums along with several singles.
Their sound was heavily influenced by the Ramones, capturing a similar
energetic and raw vibe. Despite some thin production, their debut album's
charm lies in its simplicity and authenticity, making it an enjoyable listen
that evokes a sense of nostalgia. Rather than aiming to overwhelm, the band
delivered a light, engaging sound that resonated with their audience, adding
a playful twist to their music that kept listeners coming back for more.

The
Clamps are a three/piece speed/stoner rock n' roll band formed in northern
Italy around 2012. Made up by former members of local punk, metal and
alternative rock bands, the Clamps started to hit the road a few months later
for plenty of shows in Italy and Europe, where they shared the stage with
bands such as The Sewergrooves, Nashville Pussy, Pontiac, Valient Thorr ,Wild
Eyes, Valley of the Sun, Black Tusk, and more. The Clamps squeeze stoner,
speedrock, punk and rock n'roll into a a well/recognizable no/frills fat
fuzzy sound, and their shows are pure energy! The debut album DEADLY KICK FOR
A FAT FUCKER was released in 2013. The second album BLEND, SHAKE, SWALLOW is
out in January 2017 for HEAVY PSYCH SOUNDS RECORDS. Eleven speed/rock n roll
super tracks, the album is fast, the production is high quality, a perfect
soundtrack for a fast and furious car journey on the highway to hell! There-s
a pinch of Punk n- Roll too that make the album tracks much more groovy and
dirty. Their sound will destroy your face once you push the start button!
Fans of Motorhead, Hellacopters and Nashville Pussy will be glad to have this
fresh hi energy/fueled album in their hands! |

Valerie is not just a name. She
is a bridge connecting two boundless realms: music and the cosmos. She is
like a vibration of an otherworldly frequency, transmitting to humanity the
elusive revelations of the Universe. Through Valerie, music ceases to be mere
sound - it becomes the breath of galaxies, the pulse of distant stars, the
whisper of infinity. In her presence, time loses its linearity, and space
fills with mystery. Valerie is the moment when notes flare like supernovae,
and melodies unfold like spirals of the Milky Way. She is living proof that
music is the language of the Universe, and the human soul will always strive
to be part of it |

We presenting the upcoming
Posthuman album "The Mind Is A Heavy Burden" coming out on
Netherlands based imprint Flatlife Records. The full album arrives as a
9-track purple 12" vinyl and 13 track digital / streaming. This isn't
the usual club-ready acid house to be expected from Posthuman of recent
years, but instead a callback to their output in the early 2000s and their
cassette releases on The Dark Outside. There's still plenty of their
signature 303+808+101 sounds throughout but it's overall slower, more
introspective and darker |

2025
marks 20 years of Tectonic, the pioneering dubstep and electronic label
founded in 2005 by Bristol’s underground originator, DJ Pinch. The Tectonic
Sound compilation lays down the gauntlet for the future direction of the
imprint. Split across 6 x 4-track 12”s, the compilation comprises many
producers making their Tectonic debut, including Re:ni, Beatrice M., Yushh,
Flora Yin-Wong, and Sicaria, alongside stalwarts like Om Unit, RSD,
Peverelist and Kahn & Neek. It’s an exhilarating 24-track journey through
experimental, bass-heavy electronic music, with almost all tracks created by
the artists specifically with Tectonic's sound in mind - at the intersection
where dubstep and techno meet. “More so than just the sound, the music is in
tune with the real ethos of the early dubstep scene,” - Label boss Pinch says: “People talk about
'heads in a scene - but it's led by hearts really. I've always tried to
follow my heart when it comes to music and all the music here is from people
I trust that do something worth communicating with the world. I love to watch
and help artists grow just as much as I'm excited to release tracks from
bigger names who are still passionate about what they do and have developed
the powers and control to be able to output that effectively. It feels like
Tectonic has been a part of so many communities over the years now, and that
there is something that binds all the releases together, something that
speaks for itself in a way that goes beyond words, something that's
instinctive and immediate.” Across Tectonic’s 150-strong catalogue there are
seminal releases by 2562, Scientist, and Mumdance & Logos, side by side
with appearances from Flying Lotus, Shed, Adrian Sherwood, Riko Dan and
Photek. The label holds some of the earliest dubstep incantations of Skream,
Digital Mystikz, and Joker as well as Pinch’s own productions. The evolution
of the Tectonic sound branches into audio explorations encompassing sub-heavy
techno and grimey soundscapes alongside leftfield electronica and
future-facing beats. The common thread that binds is Pinch’s devotion to
pushing underground music ahead of its time, always built to rattle a
soundsystem |

for
the next release on galaxiid, we present "carpet watcher", the
long-awaited second album from ishome, the project of russian producer and
visual artist mirabella karyanova. emerging from the far eastern port city of
nakhodka, ishome's music has always carried a sense of distance and
introspection. her debut album confession (2013) became a cult classic, a
fragile, cinematic blend of ambient textures, submerged rhythms and quiet
emotion. carpet watcher was completed in 2018 but remained unreleased until
now. like much of ishome's work, it was created with no urgency to be heard,
a self-contained world suspended in time. drifting between viscous beats and
spectral melodies, the album feels like a memory slowly coming into focus.
from her earliest recordings, mirabella has resisted genre classification.
her sound draws from minimal techno, ambient, leftfield pop, outsider art,
and the surrealism of soviet-era animation. in her hands, these influences
dissolve into something deeply personal, a language of mood and movement
rather than style. beyond the studio, ishome has performed live across europe
and russia, including sets at berghain and signal festival, as well as
appearances on boiler room and nts. she also creates under the mischievous
alias shadowax, where playful chaos replaces introspection. her audiovisual
performances, combining original music, iphone-shot footage, digital collage
and hand-drawn animation, reveal the full breadth of her artistic vision.
dreamlike, humorous and emotionally direct. ishome rarely releases her music,
and when she does, it feels less like a project and more like a postcard from
a world she's still wandering through. carpet watcher is the first glimpse
into that world in over ten years |

Phillip
Smart was one of the great engineers to learn his trade as understudy to the
legendary dub master himself Osbourne'King Tubby'Ruddock. Alongside other
luminaires such as Prince Jammy and Scientist,Phillip Smart would step in at
the controls when demand for King Tubby studio dubs grew to such an extent
that each single release was expected to carry a version/dub flipside.
Phillip Smart moved to the United States in the late 70's and in 1981 opened
his successful studio HC&F,Long Island,New York.It produced some sizeable
Jamaican Dancehall hits for his two record labels TanYah and Eclipse. Tracks
like Dirtsman's 'Hot This Year' and 'Rikers Island' and most notably artist
Shaggy used the studio to work up his massive hits 'Oh Carolina','Big Up' and
'Angel'. But it's in the heady days of the early 1970's and up to 1976 that
we concentrate on for this release. When Version was King and Prince Phillip
Smart was at the controls mixing up some fine dubs with Jamaica's finest
musicians The Aggrovators. Working some of producer Bunny'Striker'Lee's
rhythms in fine style....hope ypu enjoy the set... |

Fourth vinyl edition of the
classic second album, limited to 300 copies only, on ice blue clear vinyl.
After the release of 2017's 'Chroma,' Buzz Kull (real name Marc Dwyer),
returned with his sophomore album the year after. Traversing EBM, darkwave
and goth sounds with ease, 'New Kind Of Cross' traverses much darker waters
than Dwyer's last effort, speaking to the rapid change and tension at play in
Dwyer's own life. Marc spends a good portion of each year in a new city every
night - and when settled in Sydney, is constantly between jobs. It makes
perfect sense that 'New Kind Of Cross' deals explicitly with themes of
isolation, introversion and sometimes anger. The music on this record is
heavy and unforgiving. Throughout the past, Dwyer has refined his sound to a
knife's edge, proving his capabilities within the realm of darker music time
and time again |

Phocas repeats as the person in charge of the recording, once again carried
out at the Elkar studios. Manolo Gil, who already worked with the band from
Salvatierra in the same role on 'Ellos Dicen Mierda, Nosotros Amén' (Oihuka,
1990), assisted by Jokin Larrea, is in charge of the cover design. (...)
Apart from the atypical 'Los Jubilados' (Oihuka, 1990), this is the album in
which the changes in the band's sound are most noticeable. From the start,
the heavy, cutting guitars are striking, more in keeping with a metal rock
band. The production is very technical, as for example on the first track.
Despite this, this one, 'Radio Crime' is one of the best on the album. It has
an air of 'El Norte está lleno de frío' by Ilegales with high-octane incendiary
lyrics and a real storm of guitars: 'Everything is as it should be /
Everything goes as it should go (...) The workers burn down a station / Let's
say it's a cold and grey day / Everything suggests / That they'll end up
stuck to the wall / Police in training / Let's say it's a provocation / Money
asks for more sacrifices / For social peace'. The 'Radio Clash', much more
rocking of course, by La Polla Records (...) |

Techno and hiphop fused into one
by NYC producer Thavius Beck. The tracks vary in style a lot, but what they
have in common is that they either are moody - in U-TRAX lingo: deep - or
they are drum heavy. The common denominator would probably be 'experimental/instrumental
hip-hop', reminiscent of producers like Flying Lotus. Despite the fact that
some tracks on Cosmic Noise are 20 years old and have been made with widely
different gear (one track was even made on a PlayStation 1), this selection
sounds remarkably balanced, yet diverse. Elite sampling and beatcreator
skillz are on full display across 15 tracks, showcasing why Thavius is a
certified Ableton and Bitwig instructor and a teacher at Berklee College of
Music. This 180 grams double colored vinyl release comes in a full-color
gatefold sleeve with a stunning painting from NYC artist Sfera Louis on the
cover |

downbeat, and perfect for the summer. Other participants include Wesqo Beats,
Stevectro, and DJ Nyano. They each bring their own unique sound,

Sway's 7th drop might best be described as the black market edition, but as
always we leave the gumshoe work to those heads out there savvy enough to
figure it out themselves. Thugfucker alum Acid Tourist and BKS stalwart
DeWinter remix celebrated West Coast sideman ROC's cover of a tune that needs
no intro, transforming a torch song into an acid belter while keeping its
quality intact. Charles Levine, best known as Charlie from Soul Clap, steers
close to his usual antics with 'Ocean Waves & Ashtrays', his ashtrays
obviously full of blunt ends as he runs the voodoo down on a sultry funk
number laced with fat lead keys and ideal for beach party afterhours or smoky
late-night sessions. Returning for a second BKS appearance, Ohm Hourani's
'SupaDupaFly' fetches the funk again with rap vocal samples sliding just
inside the industry 10% rule set amidst seesawing synths for a woozy,
extended effort sure to influence sobriety decisions. On 'Hearts &
Diamonds,' label honcho Jay Prouty and mainstay David Paglia join forces
jailbreaking two legendary NYC freestyle anthems into a combination that
rocks more like high period New Order, so when you catch Fumero's psychedelic
painting winking at you off the plate after a few spins, you'll understand
exactly why the sway resides in Bucktown |

For our ninth chapter, X/Y/Secret
hands the controls to Sira. Surfacing is a study in tension: grooves tight
enough to steer a packed floor, yet spacious enough for long blends or sudden
cuts. Each element arrives with purpose, opening pockets of air to breathe
just before the pressure rises again. Both sides speak the same language
while delivering different messages. Phil Berg distills the title track into
a focus-sharpening remix, before Sira closes with a late-hour mover built to
steady the room while the lights stay low |

Synth gloomers Cabaret Voltaire
originally released the delightfully titled 'Micro-Phonies' in 1984, taking
us down the pop route with a record of unapologetic hits -- hey art, you've
gotta make money sometimes. No matter> the record delivers on its catchy
intent, 'Sensoria' features, and the band flies high. Cabaret Voltaire’s
‘Micro-Phonies’ now reissued on Turquoise vinyl. ‘Micro-Phonies’ is Cabaret
Voltaire’s most sleek dance record, featuring charting singles ‘James Brown’
and ‘Sensoria’. Released in 1984, the record gained its reputation as the
Cabs’ most mainstream album. Their partnership with Peter Care on video for
‘Sensoria’ received major airplay from MTV, and was famously one of the first
music videos to be in the New York Museum of Art. Cabaret Voltaire were very
much ahead of their time, harmonising dance music, techno, dub, house and
experimental electronics, making them, without a doubt, one of the most
influential acts in electronic music |

rare outer space private press! 'The Last Question' is the first album by
electronics master Tim Clark. It collects his early works, when he was the
Music Director of the Strasenburgh Planetarium in Rochester, N.Y. These tunes
were the soundtrack to the planetarium's adaptation of Isaac Asimov's 'The
Last Question' short stoy. The idea was conceived by Von Del Chamberlain,
director of the Abrams Planetarium, and was taken to fruition in a joint
venture bewtween the Abrams and Strasenburgh Planetariums, were the shows
were premiered in 1972. Clark composed and produced the works in the
Strasenburgh Planetarium's own sound studio, equipped with three Ampex 440
recorders, a 4-channel mixing board with 18 inputs and a Moog synthesizer.
The album was released as a private pressing in 1973 and it has since become
an elusive collector's piece among electronic music afficionados. Comes with
remastered sound and straight reproduction of the original artwork. RIYL:

Dutch maestro Kettel (Reimer
Eising) is back on Madrid's Analogical Force with Inmate Shuffle, his first
full EP for the label since 2017's Alacasa (AF008). This release features
five tracks straight from the heart of Reimer's universe, serving as a heartfelt
reaffirmation of his unique identity. Kettel's artistry is a testament to
staying true to oneself. Artists like Reimer are not bound by fleeting trends
or rigid genres; instead, he carves his own paths, constantly reinventing his
sound with honesty and passion. This is why his material is reviewed again
and again and serves as a clear reference for many. While Dubio (2025), his
recent full-length album inspired by the soundtrack of the acclaimed puzzle
game of the same name, explored cinematic and conceptual landscapes, Inmate
Shuffle takes us back to the playful, melodic, and rhythmically rich
territory that first captivated his devoted audience. Five tracks, five
parties. Inmate Shuffle will resonate in your head for a long time. MUST |

Token
presents the 6th chapter of the Fuga series. Challenging new faces to
complete the label's sound, Fuga VI is another focused compilation that
balances spatial detail and rhythmic bite. Skipping any introduction to dive
straight into the essence of the compilation, Skjöld portrays 'Forbidden
City' as a tense aquatic exploration. With pressure in the low end, he keeps
the record alive by conjuring obscure pads to give dimension and intrigue to
an already nervous track. This persistence is quickly met with weight;
Tapefeed's 'Residual Memory' follows up to tap into the label's more
aggressive side. Riddled with mechanical sound design bordering on the
industrial, the Tapefeed duo creates dancefloor dominating energy that sets
them apart with an all-out approach. The density of this second track feeds
smoothly into Stephen Disario's 'Out Of Tune' - a drum-forward record with
dispersed texture. The LA based producer puts his hi hats brutally forward to
cut through the space, finding a remarkable balance between its two sides and
exploiting its confrontation. Returning to the label's recognizable
resonance, Merino steps in with 'Memoria' - a manic 5 minute synth loop with
minimal percussion. Dealing in restraint and dissonance, Merino naturally
finds a home in Fuga VI with this track before heading back into the peak
time paranoia of JSPRV35 in 'Question'. Pushing up the intensity and flicking
through vintage percussion lines, 'Question' is an extraverted homage to the
origins of techno that embodies flair. The track drives through the middle of
Fuga with ease, bouncing rhythm off a sharp bassline with thundering claps
and snares. 'Catch 22' by Terminus restores balance with minimalism but pace.
A hypnotic break in the second half is sure to mesmerize dancers and home
listeners alike. Stuttering hats shake throughout 'Catch 22' to push the
track along, keeping the harmony low and maintaining focus on the movement.
With a similar tempo, Sanna Mun follows up with 'Binary Systems'. A speedrun
through an acid-like bassline, the track's rhythm is obsessive and persistent
as we reach the conclusion of the compilation. Fuga VI comes full circle with
a ghostly track by Mode_1 called 'Lifespan', stretching time and tunneling
through with booming toms and shuffled hats. Keeping the pressure high and
maintaining that never ending energy is the only way to wrap up such a high
energy release and Mode_1 does just that |

- Symbiotic Link: Kicking off another stellar, varied EP, ASC opens Symbiotic
Link with an eerie introduction telling of a tense interaction between orcas
in open waters before a thunderous break with immensely sharp venom-fueled
snares often used by the likes of Photek back in the day aggressively seizes
the attention, jolting and stabbing as the juddering bassline rumbles below -
as synthy melodies provide respite in the mix. A2 - A Single Emotion: Serving
up another raucous, nostalgia-driven treat for any breakbeat fan, ASC
channels his old-school mastery with a thoroughly absorbing journey through a
variety of breaks, edited, chopped and filtered to perfection with dense,
earthy basslines lying beneath. Lifted by a soundscape filled with light horn
melodies, echoing vocal hits and washes of pads, you'll experience more than
a single emotion here. AA1 - Whirl: Time for a Hot Pants break serenade
through swathes of atmospheric synths as Whirl expands ASC's diverse
repertoire further still - an earworm melody at the forefront is provided by
the bassline on this occasion - simple yet immensely effective. The bass
intertwines with the breaks effortlessly while sci-fi effects and samples
whoosh and fall with several tonal changes keeping things fresh till the
curtains close. AA2 - Frontier: A rousing cymbal kicks off a curious, deep
introduction punctuated by melodic keys and a simmering undertone of
suspense. Chunky old school breaks suddenly enter the mix with a continuous,
enveloping bassline as the atmosphere builds steadily via micro melodies,
noir vocal samples and delicate bells, as ASC closes another Spatial EP in
his inimitable, unpredictable engaging style. Words by Chris Hayes (Spatial /

Panthera
is back at the Bordello with his most energy-packed release to date.
Synthsizer Hits III is forged in the heat of Hi-NRG, the romance of italo and
the daring synthesizer hooks of 1980s Europe. A thick rasping beat pounds
above a juddering arpeggiator line before hedonistic surges ignite ?Fumare?,
an achingly addictive opener. Vocals are toyed with, used to increase the
potency of the chosen machines and sounds. A circling chant infects
?Lucifera? as a joyous melody takes hold of this modern Summer anthem,
euphoric notes ushering in the dawn while speakers and strobe throb. There is
a palpable power that permeates the 12?. ?The Magic Touch? sends strings
sailing skyward as rich percussive textures take root below. From this
fertile ground, a sensational ode to the synthesizer flowers. Vocoder lyrics,
pulsating rhythms and keys that are truly fantastical. ?Toccata? finishes
this analogue celebration. Slow burning with disco inflections, this finale
soon shows its true colours. Daring counter melodies frolic, from the elegant
and refined to the brash and broad, in this mirrorball inspired last dance |

Na Nich returns to Delsin
following up his 2023 'Black Soil' EP. On 'White Soil' the Ukrainian producer
continues his queeste pushing the boundaries of deep immersive techno.
Compared to the previous chapter, 'White Soil' contains a significant lighter
touch. Playing with subtle melodies and musing atmospheres to set an
uplifting tone. It's still powerful and propulsive while this sparkle of
brightness provides a strikingly fresh angle |

It’s
been a mere two months since Gaz released his first EP after coming back from
a debilitating addiction to Greggs sausage rolls. Despite this long road of
recovery, he has kept himself out of trouble and returned to furnish us with
four more slabs of Steak Baked Garage Bakes! Gary Loves Garage is a track of
such pure Garage that if you knew how to take a m7/9 chord and pitch it about
a bit you would be in the same ballpark. A lot of the Deep Garage Dads from
his area Whatsapp Gary and on occasion, sit outside his house desperate for
the library of m7/9 pad samples which Gaz has lovingly built up over many
years on multiple Zip Disks. Of course, Gary would never share these m7/9’s
as they form the backbone of his productions and if they got into the wrong
hands there would be implications. Gary gets a rare trip to NYC on Gary
Visits NYC (BA Premium Economy). As the name suggests, Gaz splashed out on a
British Airways Premium Economy ticket from Heathrow Terminal 5C but
unfortunately Gaz got hammered in the Wetherspoons and didn’t realise that a
5C departure meant you had to get on the underground rail connection. He
missed his flight. Gary’s SP1200 - still a bone of contention for Gary with
the lack of funds in his current life meaning an SP1200 is way out of reach.
He has multiple ex-wives and various children which prove a drain on the
monthly finances. Finally -Gary’s Pad Patterns could be a paean to the
aforementioned Zip disc, one of Gaz’s favourites! Zip disc 4 of 8. This has
his best m7/9 chord samples on it and actually has not left the Zip reader
since 1999 - apart from that one time when Gaz had to change the SCSI cable |

Donato
Dozzy and Sabla present a new chapter in their collaboration with Morpho, a
suite of four sonic sculptures designed to be best enjoyed on your favorite
sound system. If the first chapter, Crono featuring the four Flusso tracks
released in 2023 was about forward flow and abstraction, Morpho is rooted in
solidity and form. Forma I is stripped down to the very core: a massive bass
foundation, few sonic particles and a mutant snare. The perfect good example
of how less is sometimes more. Forma II, while retaining the same dry,
minimal aesthetic, develops a maze of details and tempos inviting you to lose
yourself in it. Forma III begins to explore a deeper, more organic dimension.
Percussion and reverbs emerge, while metallic elements seem to search their
place, like electrons orbiting a nucleus. Forma IV feels like the opening of
a cocoon, where a new form comes to life in the organic world. A relentless
percussion loop and an intense, slapping snare run throughout the track,
carrying this journey to its end. All sounds were recorded in Rome in July
2024 at Dozzy?s studio, then edited and at times deconstructed to the
granular level through February 2025 |

Dimi Angelis presents ANGLS 15,
delivering four heavy, direct machine tracks with a punk attitude. The A-side
opens with "The Lust of Flesh", a layered, psychedelic tool that
gradually spirals into chaos. "Purgatory" on A2 takes a more
spacious yet brutal approach - distorted percussion and a relentless,
building clap create constant pressure and tension. On the B-side,
"Deadly Sin" ventures into sci-fi territory with a rolling low end,
percussive bleeps, and eerie atonal pads. The record closes with
"Vanity", a hypnotic, straight-cut bleep sequence fired on repeat,
punctuated by classic 909 hats and sinister pads that rise and fall |

Hailing
from Belgium, Francis Jaques started his journey at the tender age of 15 and
quickly become A key figure in the underground rave & hardcore scene and
up to now has celebrated over two decades of relentless dedication to the
industry. While deeply rooted in Hardcore Techno, Tripped style is not
limited to a certain genre. Always staying true to his gut, he keeps
innovating his sound by using both analog and digital techniques, often with
a wink to the pure and raw sound of the 90's, dark, moody and kick-drum
heavy. His label Madback Records, an outlet for his own productions has also
seen contributions from the likes of Slave To Society, The Outside Agency,
[KRTM], Waldhaus, Mickey Nox and Umwelt. Aside from the music he also creates
abstract paintings and mixes graphic design to showcase a truly unique
collaboration of both artwork and music. As a DJ Francis is considered one of
the most diverse acts from Belgium. His raw and powerful sets range from
Rave, Techno, Industrial, Acid to Gabber and Old School Terror has seen him
perform all over the world and at major events such as Thunderdome, Masters
Of Hardcore, Tomorrowland, Bangface, Defqon.1, Kompass Klub, Dominator,
Astropolis, Decibel and many more. Mastered by Tripped / Francis Jaques.

Hardcore
Rap music is still here! Mike Redman is considered a cult legend known for
his unorthodox music production in various genres. He's well known as an
artist in the Jungle and Hardcore scene, as a renowned movie score composer
and made a name for himself as organiser of the infamous 'Redrum Hip-Hop'
events since the 90's which hosted international artists from Guru to
Cannibal Ox, Public Enemy, Beatnuts and many more. He also set up Redrum
Recordz, a pioneering independent record label focusing merely on anything
musically unpolished. Even though Mike Redman (which is his name of birth by
the way) was often linked to many Hip-Hop success stories and produced
records for artists such as Public Enemy and Big Daddy Kane, Mike has just
recently, after many years, decided to produce a solo record featuring the
Rap artists he admires and form the foundation of his legacy. With great
respect towards his mentors, in a non-profit manner, Mike now releases
'Redrum Relics' featuring Rap icons such as Kool Keith, Chuck D, Schoolly D,
Sticky Fingaz, Young Zee, Chino XL, O.C. and many more. This album is truly
exceptional and is not made with the intention to be commercially successful,
but is a love-letter to a period in time where passion was the motivation.
'Redrum Relics' brings Rap music back to the golden era with a contemporary
touch and keeps it unpolished and unyielding as ever. People that tend to say
that Hip-Hop is dead might want to reconsider |

Explosive
UK producer Bullet Tooth - one of the most talked-about names in bass music
for 2025 - crashes onto Time Is Now, the cutting-edge sister label of Shall
Not Fade, with a thunderous three-track EP that delivers nothing short of
pure, sub-heavy chaos. Known for his genre-warping blend of UKG, breaks,
jungle, and grime-inflected basslines, Bullet Tooth has been making serious
waves in the underground with his uncompromising sound and high-octane DJ
sets. Drawing influence from the raw energy of early dubstep and the
precision of modern UK club sounds, Bullet Tooth's productions are built to
devastate dancefloors - and this latest release is no exception. Packed with
seismic low-end pressure, razor-sharp percussion, and twisted vocal chops,
each track is a statement of intent from a producer firmly in his stride.
This marks Bullet Tooth's debut on Time Is Now, a label that has rapidly
become a cornerstone of the UK's contemporary bass scene. Since its launch,
Time Is Now has earned a reputation for championing the next generation of
bass-heavy innovators - from UKG and breaks to jungle and speed garage -
offering a platform for artists who push the boundaries of sound system
culture with forward-thinking flair. With this release, Bullet Tooth not only
cements his place among the UK's most exciting producers but also adds
another essential entry to Time Is Now's ever-growing catalogue of future
classics |

Marking
his first EP on Damian Lazarus’s revered Crosstown Rebels, OMRI. (pronounced
“OMRI dot”) steps into the spotlight with ‘Nothing Wrong’—an infectious,
immersive dive that traverses well beyond the dancefloor, laced with rhythm,
tension, and soul. Dropping in June, the EP brings together a shimmering
original, a hypnotic club-focused cut, and a peak-time remix from fast-rising
US talent AYYBO. Having already left his mark on the label with his remix of
Jessica Brankka’s ‘Musk’, OMRI. now arrives with a statement of his own. The
‘Love Mix’ of ‘Nothing Wrong’ leads the release as a full-blown vocal anthem,
layering captivating vocals over sweeping melodies and crisp percussion to
create a powerful record destined for both club rooms and open-air settings.
The ‘Club Mix’ takes a more experimental route—glitchy, stripped-back, and
built for locked-in dancefloors and after-hours sessions. AYYBO adds his own
bold interpretation to the mix, injecting a darker, punchier energy that’s
become synonymous with his releases on the likes of Experts Only, Insomniac,
and HARD Recs. It’s a remix that captures the raw electricity of his sets
while reimagining OMRI.’s original through a distinctly West Coast lens. An
in-demand name, OMRI. has quickly carved a reputation for transcendental
performances at some of the world’s most revered institutions. His sound,
shaped across labels such as Hot Creations, Disco Halal, Haccabi House, and
more recently through his own imprint Collecting Dots Records, blends deep psychedelia
and hypnotic grooves with a forward-thinking approach, with past
collaborations alongside Adam Ten, Moscoman, Yamagucci, and more. Set to
feature regularly at Lazarus’ Hï Ibiza residency throughout the summer,
expect standout sets that reflect his genre-blurring style and connection to
the Crosstown Rebels sound as he serves up one of the label's most essential
cuts of the year to open the summer in style |

(Limited
edition picture disc including a 2025 version of i9 + a 6 minute audio
commentary by Jeff Mills) Nothing marks the mid-1990s more than this track
"i9". Not because it was very popular, but mainly because of why
the track was created in the first place. In 1995, Techno Music was still
growing. Still introducing itself to new listeners around the World. It was
just beginning to shake away its maternal connection to Rave Culture which
began about 10 years earlier to have its own distinct characteristics. But as
Rave had mainly entrenched itself in certain countries around Europe like the
UK, Belgium and Holland, by 1995, all of Europe and now the Americas was
blazing hot for this style of Techno Music. It was intense, we were intense.
And the music we were making to be played was relentless. By that time, the
fluffy, happy go-lucky 4/4 beats of the mid 1980s were transformedinto
noise-bleeding jack-hammers. Specially designed to infiltrate brains and to
leave to prisoners alive. It was the dark matter we all were waiting for. The
substance we needed to have. And with this special substance came incredible
parties and events. DJs would strategically filled their heavy vinyl record
boxes like they're going on a African Safari, with ammunition that would test
any sound system. For that night at the Liquid Room in Tokyo, I knew I needed
to have something that would end any question of whether Techno Music had
arrived. I wanted to have something that marked the end and the beginning of
something else. A new way to think about dance music. That something else was
called "i9". This limited-edition unreleased version of "i9'
is a new 2025 remix by Jeff Mills of the original tracks that marks the
beginning of the 30-year anniversary of "Jeff Mills: Live At Liquid
Room" Mix CD, where the first time"i9" was ever played. Not
even pressed to vinyl yet, Mills played by the way of a 10" reel-to-reel
tape player during his set. This release is the first element from a
forthcoming re-release of the Mix CD as well as more anniversary facets. -

Romanian groove technician SEPP
lands on _NRV with a trio of high-powered, floor-primed cuts. 'Feeling Ma
Bass' opens up with weighty low-end pressure and a hypnotic pulse that locks
you in early. 'Body Language' twists with crisp percussion and a woozy sense
of movement, keeping tension tight throughout. 'Do You Love Me’ dips into
moodier territory, with dusty textures and a vocal loop that cuts just enough
to keep the floor leaning in |
