Breaking the circle with a
one-off release item consisting of 3 EP's called "Tales From
Tramkade". At a first listen slightly out of order with the general view
of the label's output till date yet still in balance and recognizable as
EMERALD catalog. This collection of work by Remco Beekwilder contains
recorded loops and concepts initially produced between 2010-2015 and now
re-assembled, polished and finalized at the authentic Tramkade,
's-Hertogenbosch in 2021. Expect everything within the range of sweet
melancholic tenderness and raw to the floor takes |

Aleksei Nikitin,
whose first release kindled the GOST ZVUK history (and whose brilliantly
sparkish "Ledyanoy Album" was issued on the label a couple of years
ago), goes back to Ground Zero after his trilogy on Figure and REKIDS'
"Atoner" LP. All four tracks of the eighth GOST INSTRUMENT's vinyl
present a rather way-out approach, surprisingly uncommon for Aleksei's form
style. But this seemed minimalism tends to be valid only at first glance.
Starting from plain rhythm, "Elektromechanika's" further groove is
drifting on lots of tousled synths. "Far Voices", an exercise in
interweaving of echoes and voice samples, ends right at the moment when you
expect track's next iteration. The B-side is not without surprises too: the
acid beat of "Oasis" rises almost suddenly after drone-alike
"Monothone". Summarizing all the above, getting into this record is
not only the extremely clear case, but you should also try to play it from
random track, or even in "B2-A1" order |

Dez Williams,
Umwelt, Fleck E.S.C, Dmitry Distant and Igors Vorobjovs line up for MTRON002
with a set of diverse electro and acid cuts, shifting forward in similar,
energetic manner of Mechatronica's debut 12". Umwelt and Dez Williams,
following recent releases on Boidae and Vanta Series, make up the A side with
two booming productions; Only Way I Know, an ever-intensifying 100 BPM
eyes-down roller and Mankind Origin, a heavy, melodic trip in signature
Umwelt form. On the flip, Dmitry Distant and Igors Vorobjovs team up on the
stinging, rapid electro cut Cold Scape, and Fleck E.S.C rounds off MTRON002
with Dimmer Set Up, another bubbly electro track from the Tokyo-based
producer's vault of dramatic, buzzed-out alien sounds |

It's remarkably apt that the
band's latest LP First Ditch Effort is also their thirteenth, because ominous
black clouds hang over this collection of songs that see frontman/bassist Fat
Mike exploring self-loathing and mortality in a more raw and honest way than
he ever has before. Guided by the collaborative influence of producer Cameron
Webb (Motorhead, Alkaline Trio, Social Distortion, Pennywise), the album
busts out of the gate with the amped up "Six Years on Dope" and
never looks back. From the ultra-melodic word-play of "Oxy Moronic"
to the charging desperation of "I Don't Like Me Anymore", First
Ditch Effort flexes the broad spectrum of NOFX's abilities and delivers on
the musicianship, wit, and element of surprise that fans have come to expect |

Canadas favorite pop-punk sons CHIXDIGGIT! are
back with their most monumental release to date, 2012. The epic EP consists
wholly of a 24 minute-long opus chronicling every tour stop CHIXDIGGIT! made
throughout 2012. From Schiphol to Victoria, 2012 takes the listener on a
whirlwind trip via their trademark upbeat, guitar driven sound, addictive
melodies, and KJs cheeky lyrics. The legendary song weaves together what
might be described as 21 individual musical vignettes (one dedicated to each
destination) into one glorious pop-punk entity. The release of 2012 coincides
with the bands 25th anniversary |

much critical acclaim for their new material and months of successful tour
dates, FACE TO FACE tie a bow on their 25th year together with the re-release
of their first 3 albums (Dont Turn Away, Big Choice, Face to Face). The
releases that originally put FACE TO FACE on the map and set them up as a
household name in the melodic punk world are now once again readably
available. This time around each album has an expanded track list containing
bonus songs from the original recording sessions. All 3 have also been
remastered and boast enhanced artwork that incorporates silver details to
denote the 25th anniversary. The bands sizable vinyl collecting contingent
have reason to celebrate, as both Big Choice and Face to Face have been out
of print since their original extremely limited pressings (Big Choice was
actually never available to the buying public, only as a rare promotional
item) and both will finally be available again. These deluxe re-releases are
the perfect nod to 3 absolutely classic albums that not only cemented FACE TO
FACEs place among the punk rock elite, but influenced legions of fans and
helped to define the genre |

Raised on poetry and power
chords, harmony vocals and twelve string guitars, anglophilism and americana,
Janne Borgh of The Moderns/Strindbergs fame is a hopelessly romantic soul who
quotes anyone from Lord Byron to Ray Davies. With "Janne Borgh Fanclub"
the gracefully aging powerpop genius returns with a candy bag of comforting
songs from a desperate heart. A flight plan in turbulent times |

Records present the vinyl edition of its brand-new recording of John Barry's
complete score for SÉANCE ON A WET AFTERNOON (1964), a major work previously
missing from the composer's discography. It was one of his masterpieces for
Bryan Forbes that, unfortunately, remained unreleased due to the absence of
master tapes. Composed for a small ensemble featuring vibrant percussion and
woodwinds, it's a mysterious, suggestive, unsettling score, reaching its
culmination in the long rescue sequence. It showcases John Barry's great
ability to work with small, almost chamber-like ensembles, seeking the
specific sound of each story without being an intrusive voice. Leigh Phillips
has painstakingly reconstructed and orchestrated the score, which was performed
by the prestigious Orquesta de Córdoba conducted by Fernando Velázquez.
Recorded and mixed by Marc Blanes, the audio has been meticulously mastered
by Chris Malone and the spirit of Barry's original recording. With elegant
design by Nacho B. Govantes and cover art designed by Jim Titus presented in
a hard tip-on sleeve, it includes liner notes by Jon Burlingame. The discs
are pressed in 140 GM black vinyl and it's limited to 500 units only |

Mika Bomb formed in 1997 when
frontwoman Mika ditched her office job in Japan and moved to London to start
a band. There she met Agi, a 16-year-old punk from Beijing with the same
rebellious streak. Joined by Ergi, Mika Bass and Tomoko, the group quickly
forged a raw, infectious sound that fused punk energy with pop hooks, earning
a fierce live reputation across the UK. Championed by NME ('the new
Ramones'), Melody Maker ('awesome') and BBC Radio 1's Steve Lamacq ('the best
band ever to come out of Japan'), the band soon drew the attention of **Grand
Royal**, the label founded by the Beastie Boys. The label released their
early singles 'Super Sexy Razor Happy Girls' and 'Heart Attack' in 2000,
paving the way for the release of their full-length debut The Fake Fake Sound
of Mikabomb in 2001. Long unavailable, this reissue brings the band's
turbo-charged debut back to life as the reformed Mika Bomb hit the road once

Re-press of 20th anniversary
vinyl with bonus track. Thrice's The Illusion of Safety stands as a
cornerstone of post-hardcore, balancing ferocious energy with melodic clarity
and thoughtful songwriting. Recorded in 2001 with producer Brian McTernan
(Converge, Cave In) at Salad Days Studios, the album captures the band's
rapid creative ascent, written at a pace of two songs per month. Its mix of
technical skill, emotional weight, and punk-rooted urgency pushed the genre
forward, influencing countless bands that followed. More than two decades on,
The Illusion of Safety remains as vital and incisive as ever a record that
rewards return listens not with nostalgia, but with renewed power and purpose |

Hüsker Dü in 1985: the year the Minneapolis trio burned
brightest. This set captures their legendary First Avenue performance from
January 30 in newly restored sound by Beau Sorenson, presenting the full show
in vivid detail. Alongside it are 20 more live cuts drawn from that year's
tour, charting the band's ferocious momentum during their celebrated SST era.
The collection is completed with a booklet that documents a pivotal twelve
months of noise, melody, and history in the making |

Double
A-Side release by two of Englands best Streetpunk/Oi! Bands with two new
songs on a ltd vinyl 10inch! GIMP FIST celebrating their 20years anniverary
with brandnew track "History Repeats"."HISTORY REPEATS"
is something very special in every way: The song surprises with a sound that
is very atypical for Gimp Fist, with excursions into folk punk, and for good
reason: It is released exactly 20 years after their first pub concert back on
June 6, 2005, in Bishop Auckland, and it has captured just that atmosphere
musically. Instead of merely celebrating themselves as is usual with
anniversary songs, the lyrics convey a clear message to society and politics
for mutual respect and peace, as the signs unfortunately point to 'History Repeats'
with all the current conflicts worldwide. UK's Streetpunkers RIOT CITY RADIO
shouting out loud to all football and soccer fans with their new song
"We're still singing" A terrace themed anthem calling out all the
'fair weather' supporters who turn their back on their sports team when times
get hard. Catchy Singalongs paired with melodic hooklines and straight
forward guitars, for good reasons RIOT CITY RADIO are handled as on of UK's
actual best Streetpunk bands! Classic black vinyl, here's the Gimp Fist cover

Three
years after the release of Volume 1, Innershades returns to home turf with a
second entry in his Heritage series. The New Beat territory that its
predecessor tackled serves as the starting point for the A-side of Volume 2
as well. The glistening arpeggios and choir patches on "Mind
State", alongside the unyielding kicks, alarm-like synth lines and
plodding tempo of "System Breakdown," reaffirm how the genre's
hallmarks smoothly align with the artist's own inclinations. The B-side draws
from the broad spectrum of styles that emerged a bit later, in the beginning
of the nineties, when it seemed the dance floor would move unimpeded between
and bridge genres, its boundaries often not as firmly established. "Fuse
Memory" nudges the pace forward, driven by the 909 and a staple hypnotic
lead. When the drums come to a halt, a 303 emerges to flesh out the break.
"Rhythm Composer" continues in a similar early techno vein, but
pulls the track into outer space via its formant-heavy leads and
Detroit-tinged sci-fi sweeps. On ALT023 Innershades appears in fine fettle,
providing another batch of up-front club tracks that approach history as
motion rather than memory, translating the past into forward momentum |

Delsin
is pleased to announce an extensive compilation series combing through the
catalogue of landmark Dutch techno label Djax-Up-Beats. The series, curated
by Rush Hour co-founder Christiaan Macdonald, launches with a look at the
label's legacy in the development of acid music through the 90s. In total,
this first entry in the Djax-Up-Beats 1990-2005 series comprises 20 tracks,
presented as a main triple-vinyl album plus two additional 12" EPs. This
first additional EP brings four tracks, by Dutch pioneers Spasms and Random
XS, and Chicago heavyweights Mike Dearborn and Gene Hunt. Crucially, every
track featured on the series has been carefully mastered by Johanz Westerman,
bringing the best out of tracks that often had very little post-production
treatment before they were originally pressed to wax. With five more, equally
extensive, volumes to come in this series, Djax-Up-Beats 1990-2005 is a
thorough exploration of a true totem of techno culture - a renegade label
that operated on its own terms and carried surprises and slammers in equal
measure |

WARNING:
THIS IS FLATCORE AND HAS TO BE PLAYED LOUD ! Let's start by explaining what
"FLATCORE" is; which is represented on this 3rd vinyl from this
special serie on Flatlife Records: Flatcore is a cross between Hardcore,
Progressive Trance, ACID and Hard Trance with a wink to the '90s. A concept
from the mind of Jack Wax, who himself is incredibly fascinated and
passionate about the more progressive hard trance movements of the '90s.
First track from Jack: "What The World Is Becoming To" is a serious
question. AI, robots that do everything for you, wars, the internet; so much
that has happening in the past 50 years, and where is it all becoming to?
Jack is supported on this release by "Dysistor"; this artist has
also released music as DJ Hidden and Scorch and is also one half of "The
Outside Agency." Then there's fresh talent on the B-side: TRIPHAZ from
France. A fantastic, dark flatcore banger; he sent it as a demo, and Jack
immediately jumped up and started screaming that he wanted it for this
project. So in total; a fantastic flatcore release, limited to 200 copies
pressed on white vinyl. If you like the harder stuff... check this one out |

Originally
released on Underground Records from Chicago. 4 tracks of vocal acid house.
Can you imagine what happened when we heard these tracks for the first time
20 years ago? We couldn't stop jumping around. This was completely from
another world... Acid was music from another planet and Mike Dunn was an
Alien who came with irresistible beats and basslines. Mike Dunn and Tyree
Cooper also wrote the lyrics which are still relevant for everybody who has
some hassle with relationships now and then. This is all about the basics of
good innovative music. Essential! |

2026 with their third full-length album, The Change Is Me, a rollercoaster
that can only be described as the unstable lovechild between witch house,
hip-hop, industrial dream pop, and stadium rock that can’t decide if it wants
to watch the world burn or shout from the rooftops that we need to save it.
Their combination of grungy 90s melodies with distorted synths, sludgy bass,
hard tuned vocals, rapping, singing, and explosions of undiluted rage at the
current state of the world leave you wondering just exactly what it was you
smoked last night, and if it was too much or not enough. The Change Is Me is
an album that grabs you by the arm and asks if you’re ready to go on a grand
adventure, then pulls you into its chaos before you can say “yes” or “no.”
Tim and Sigfried aren’t just breaking the boundaries between genres; they’re
breaking out of their own Year cycle, a path they had laid out for themselves
at the band’s inception in 2020. Up until now, the duo had set out to
document their “journey to getting better” through writing one album each
year: Year Zero (2020), Year One (2022), and most recently Year Two (2024).
After spending eight months throughout 2024 and 2025 writing, recording,
producing and mixing Year Three, the band scrapped the finished record
entirely. Playing shows while simultaneously navigating the process of mixing
Year Three created a sort of disconnect – the people that they were when they
wrote that record and the people that playing shows made them become were no
longer one and the same. “We’re people with faults and strengths, and we
realized we needed to accept it. That’s equal parts bleak and liberating. If
you’re so focused on self-improvement, you can’t even applaud yourself for
how far you’ve come,” the band explains. “This project is meant to be a
document of us and of the human condition, not a self-improvement handbook
designed to keep us all stuck on what may or may not have happened to us or
because of us in the past.” DOODSESKADER chose instead to embark anew on a
week-long creative journey in Tim’s own Much Luv Studio with one goal in
mind: to make an album that captures who they are right now. Finally writing
everything together in the same room for the first time in years, the process
of bringing "The Change Is Me" to life was captured by Diana Lungu
in their latest documentary, "Now I Know You See Me", out December
2nd, 2025. "The Change Is Me" marks the beginning of DOODSESKADER’s
shift into a more positive era, both musically and conceptually. Over the
course of the 40-minute record we hear the two friends unite in a fight
against a world that grows more and more disappointing, a concept made
crystal clear in tracks like “Celebrity Culture Simp Farm,” “It Keeps On
Stinging,” and of course the album’s epic closer “Suffering In Technicolor.”
While their previous albums saw them trying to outrun their pasts and arrive
at a better version of themselves, here the search for some external or
internal revelation that will “make them better” is no more. It’s been
replaced by the realization that change isn’t something we force: it’s
gradual, and more importantly, it’s something that’s already there – we just
need to reach out and accept it. The band’s live appearances over the last
several years have been instrumental in shaping their ideology. On stage is
where the duo find connection; not only with the audience, but also with each
other. Their sold-out release shows at Ancienne Belgique (2022) and
VierNulVier (2024) have proven that they are one of Belgium’s must-see acts.
Abroad, their energy has translated into a month-long EU/UK tour with French
band Alcest in 2024, as well as appearances at festivals such as Roadburn
Festival (NL), Eurosonic (NL), Hellfest (FR), Mystic Fest (PL), Jera On Air
(NL), ArcTanGent (UK), Fluff Fest (CZ) and more. "The Change Is Me"
is out April 3rd, 2026 on DOODSESKADER’s own label, 45 Records |

Chris
Liebing's first full solo techno LP, 'Evolver' is released on 27th March
2026, via his own CLR imprint. The German techno don's LP features a host of
collaborators across music, images, and artwork. Luke Slater, Charlotte De
Witte, Speedy J, The Advent, Terence Fixmer, Pascal Gabriel, Daniel Miller
contribute to the music, while long-time collaborators Studio Bergfors
deliver design, and legendary photographer Anton Corbijn shot Liebing for the
project. The Evolver LP is the sum total of Chris Liebing's three decades at
the beating heart of techno. It's the record only someone whose first break
as a techno DJ was playing five hours at Sven Väth's infamous Omen in
Frankfurt - and who has ridden out every twist and turn of life and
subcultures since, while remaining rooted in the true school, dark, sweaty
techno sweat pits of the world - could have made. It's the result of deep
introspection, but it's about utter immediacy. It's the sound of someone
previously driven along by compulsion and happenstance at last finding the
confidence to be utterly intentional about their practice, allowing them to
take the most classic, familiar, proven elements from the past and render
them completely new. Evolver is also Liebing's first completely solo album. There
are collaborations, yes: with old friends from the OG techno generation, Luke
Slater, Speedy J, and The Advent, all on uncompromising form, and with new
generation figurehead Charlotte De Witte, who provides a thrilling narration
of total surrender to the moment on acid clarion call "Symphonie des
Seins". But unlike all Liebing's albums to date, there's no co-pilot.
Every structure, every mixdown, every choice serves his singular vision of
how his untold immersion in the surging currents of the world's greatest
clubs should sound. The elements are all those forged in the white heat of
Omen and Tresor in the mid 90s - brutal repetition, titanium kick drums,
industrial atmospherics, but also dark rave euphoria, ever present surging
acid lines just on the cusp of trance, and just enough human voices to remind
you of bodies on the dance floor - but rendered with all the extraordinary
accumulated skill and technological developments since then. It's Chris's
vision entirely, his musings on sound, technology, and life birthing tracks
like "Roy Batty." Inspired by thoughts of AI becoming sentient and
hungering for more life like Rutger Hauer's titular Blade Runner character,
it was one of the first tracks to emerge and a foundation stone for the
album. And in pursuit of that vision, it's built like a "proper
album". The anticipation and menace of intro "Unfold" tip over
into the glowing hot high drama psychedelia of "Symphonie…" then
the breathless headlong rush of The Advent collab and on through an unfolding
narrative that goes deep, goes dark, opens out into grand vistas, takes
strange turns before finally landing on the alien landscape of… well…
"Endtrack". Not everything is pummelling on Evolver - the dazzling
title track feels like you've been welcomed into the courtly dance of a
higher dimension civilisation, and the audacious Speedy J collab
"Shaping Frequencies" is a beatless flow that tests the boundaries
between signal and noise. But for all its complexity, conceptualism, and
stylistic branching out, every last part unmistakably powered by that dark
techno-cavern energy above all else. All of it positively radiates the
qualities of Liebing's greatest work and sets to date - but somehow even more
so than before. Whether you're listening for aesthetic inspiration, cerebral
stimulation or just that raw physical power, this album will sweep you up
into its momentum and won't let go of you until it's done. Chris Liebing's 'Evolver'
LP is released via CLR on 27th March, 2026 on 2xVinyl |

Artist,
painter, curator Leo Vincent, is fired up off the back of supporting Soulwax,
on their recent Paris and Netherlands shows. Proudly presenting two debut
songs “Hello it’s me again” and “Loving isn’t easy”, co-produced with the
brothers, David & Stephen Dewaele, of Soulwax/2manydjs. Seven years ago,
Leo Vincent bluffed his way into a video editing job at DEEWEE. Despite being
told to not touch or ruin their gear, he later resurfaced with demos that
sounded like he had anyway. "Don’t know much about history” "Don’t
know much about biographies" But we do know that by the time Leo Vincent
arrives in your town, he will probably have destroyed two more Tascam
8-tracks. Brussels-based, failed goalkeeper-turned-painter-turned-cameraman-turned-musician
Leo, doesn’t seem to be afraid to leave his faders in the red zone for an
unorthodox period of time while repairing the pitch knob. Some say it’s disco
for night janitors. Some say it’s glam-rock for ravers. Others haven’t found
the time to listen yet because they have real jobs. But to fully grasp Leo
Vincent's essence, imagine yourself sitting in the home cinema of the late
Marc Bolan while watching a documentary on Scatman John, directed by Jacques
Tati and scored by Ween, using only the instruments of Cabaret Voltaire |

(including
OBI strip) 'Balconies' is an urgent, physical record shaped by momentum and
heat. The album takes its title from a recurring metaphor: a balcony as a
place of exposure and distance. Elevated, visible, yet removed from the
action below. Throughout the record, Tin Fingers explore feelings of
observation, displacement and restlessness, moving through places without
fully belonging. Musically, 'Balconies' marks a clear shift for the Antwerp
band. Where earlier releases leaned into intimacy and melancholy, this album
is louder, more direct and built for movement. Sharp, energetic songs are
balanced by the band's continued attention to atmosphere and imagery. The
album was written instinctively over three months by frontman Felix
Machtelinckx before being brought to the band, with arrangements coming
together quickly thanks to years of shared experience. Recording took place
over four hot summer days at The Old Carpet Factory on Hydra, Greece. The
warmth, the sea and the island's isolation shaped both sound and mood, while
limited time encouraged live recordings that capture the album's raw energy
and immediacy. 'Balconies' was mixed by D. James Goodwin (The National, Kevin
Morby, Whitney). Following the release, Tin Fingers will present 'Balconies'
live, with shows at De Roma (Antwerp), Mezz (Breda) and Supersonic (Paris) |

A
delirious cult concept album disguised as pop, first released in 1971, where
psychedelic grooves, funk and global rhythms meet phonetic pseudo-Japanese
chants, judo-master ritual cries and a children's choir. Sampled by Erykah
Badu, Madlib and DopeLemon, and the unlikely spark behind Bananarama's debut.
This can only be the fabulous world of Yamasuki. In the spring of 1971,
somewhere between Brussels, Paris and a collective pop fever dream, Le Monde
Fabuleux Des Yamasuki landed on vinyl. It sounded like nothing else then and
it still does not today. More than half a century later, Sdban Records
proudly presents a reissue of this singular cult album, available from April
3, 2026 on vinyl. The album was produced by Jean Kluger and written both by
Jean and Daniel Vangarde (aka Bangalter, later the father of Thomas Bangalter
of Daft Punk), who were alreadywell ahead of their time, long before
electronic music rewrote the rules of pop culture. Released under the name
Yamasuki, also referred to as The Yamasuki Singers, or The Yamasuki's, the
project was never intended as a conventional band. It was a studio-born
fantasy, a concept album disguised as a pop record. What began as a
standalone single quickly expanded into a full-blown pan-cultural pop opera that
ignored genres and common sense with joyful abandon. Musically, the album
sits at a delirious crossroads. Psychedelic pop collides with funk rhythms,
samba and bubblegum melodies, full of chants and choruses in a phonetic
pseudo-Japanese, written with the help of a dictionary. Kluger and Vangarde
famously recruited a children's choir to perform the vocals, and for added
spectacle, they brought in a Japanese judo grandmaster, whose ritualistic
shouts and battle cries erupt throughout the record. Several singles were
released. One of them, Yamasuki, with accompanying dance move, appeared in
the United Kingdom and France on John Peel's Dandelion label, a fitting home
for a record that thrived on the margins of pop culture. Its B-side, Aieaoa,
proved even more potent. In 1975, the song was reborn as A.I.E. (A Mwana) by
Black Blood, an African group recording in Belgium, this time sung in
Swahili. That melody would travel even further. Aie a Mwana became the debut
single of English pop group Bananarama, and in 2010 it resurfaced once more
as Helele, an official song of the FIFA World Cup, recorded by South African
singer Velile Mchunu with Danish percussion duo Safri Duo. That version
became the most widely known incarnation of the song. With Jean Kluger
directly involved, it was less a cover than a continuation of the original
idea. The album's afterlife did not stop there. Over the years, Yamasuki has
been quietly sampled, covered, and featured across media far beyond the realm
of novelty pop. Kono Samourai was sampled in The Healer by Erykah Badu
(2007), produced by Madlib, while Yama Yama has found its way into recent pop
culture as well: appearing in the television series Fargo, on Angus Stone's
project Dope Lemon, and on the 2008 Late Night Tales compilation curated by
Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders. Proof, if any were needed, that this
strange little record carries a deeper musical DNA than its playful exterior
might suggest. This new reissue of Le Monde Fabuleux Des Yamasuki proves the
renewed interest and respect for this cult album, faithful to the original
spirit while finally giving it back the physical presence it deserves. In an
era obsessed with genres and algorithmic neatness, Yamasuki still laughs,
dances and karate-kicks its way past definitions. It reminds us that pop
music can be playful without being disposable, strange without being cynical
and joyfulwithout explanation. The world of Yamasuki was always fabulous, we
are just lucky it found its way back to us! |

NDYUKA RHYTHMS
is a label founded by MARRØN and built on the foundation of rhythm. Rhythm is
the first language, passed down through bodies and gatherings. The emblem of
the label is inspired by an African chair. A form that carries both function
and symbolism, found across the continent for generations. I view it as a
gesture of return, a way of honoring my roots while creating space for
others. The chair extends an invitation: to sit, to be seen. It is a symbol
of generosity by inviting, and creating a space where voices can be heard.
NDYUKA RHYTHMS carries this same intention into sound. Music here is offered
as energy and presence, a means to move the body and uplift the soul. It is
about joy, release, and continuity - rhythm as a living thread between people |

Artwork and design by Ian Anderson for Designers Republic. Circuitry
Electronic launches with a release that stands as a statement of intent - an
artist with few true peers within English electronic music, with an album
that jumps out of the speakers and slaps you around the chops. G-Man is Gez
Varley - one half of Sheffield pioneers LFO, and thirty years into his solo
career, with his first vinyl album release since Avanti on Force Inc way back
in 2002. Speaking to DJ magazine in 2014 Gez recalled his early days working
with Mark Bell as LFO: “We were influenced by groups like 808 State. Unique
3, Nightmares On Wax and also stuff like Kraftwerk, Detroit techno and early
electro. So when we first hooked up and made tunes together we just wanted to
rock the dancefloor at our local club The Warehouse”. Their eponymous track
‘LFO’ – a classic of the bleep and bass techno movement – was one of the
first releases on the Warp label, gate- crashing the UK’s Top 20 whilst
annoying Simon Mayo along the way. Having worked with the likes of Richie
Hawtin, Karl Bartos, Laurent Garnier, Art of Noise, Radiohead, YMO and Alan
Wilder, in addition to the LFO output, you'd expect Gez to know his way
around a techno dancefloor rhythm and drum pattern, and this is an inventive
funk-filled journey that never veers too far into experimental territory yet
avoids the cliches and generic tropes that too often lose the listener when
techno manifests in album form. As the inaugural release on the Circuitry
Electronic label this album plugs all the right sockets; stay close for
further electronic expansions on the theme on the label in the coming months |

Following
a short, scene-setting ‘Arrival’ – a simple major chord arpeggio played on a
Jupiter 6 which sounds like curtains opening at dawn, things begin apace with
‘The Grass’, which hurtles like a precision-tuned bullet train through Arctic
tundra. The undulating effect of compression is emphasised by the classic
techno trope where 2 rhythms jar yet interlock, creating an exquisitely
disorientating strobe-like flutter. On the track’s guest, Fake comments, “I
fell in love with Wizard Apprentice's ‘I Am Invisible’ and felt our musical
styles were similar. Their vocals are smooth and clear and sharp at the same
time. They’re like a calm within the storm.” Inspired by Italo disco but
sounding wholly alien and futuristic, ‘Vimana’’s fizzing buzzsaw arpeggiated
bassline, popping snares and bright whirling melody are equally an electro
trance melange, with an effervescent major chord Arp that kicks in midway.
Reminiscent of what used to be called ‘funky techno’ but with sparklier
sounds, ‘Boss Core’ blinds like sunshine bouncing off ice. Using his trusty
Boss DR550 drum machine, and inspired by Autechre's ‘Vose In’, the track
peaks by reaching that melancholic/euphoric axis for which he is loved. With
chugging slow breakbeats not a million miles from Board Of Canada or trip
hop, ‘Crystal Vision’ rolls along, with the melody opening up, revealing more
hidden notes as it progresses, building into a fractal, kaleidoscopic mosaic.
An emotional outpouring with serotonin surging through the circuitry, classic
breakbeats and layers of lazers, ‘Bibled’ has all the hallmarks of a classic.
This is a bonafide festival-set- closing, hugging-your-mates, moment – or,
with its guitar solo, “a power ballad” – as Nathan calls it. A minimalistic
moment of calm midway through the album, ‘CMD’’s gently comforting dreamscape
is conjured with FM stacked and detuned sine waves which are left to breathe,
whilst the chunky Chicagoan house jack of ‘Hawk’ brings to mind classic
Relief records, but even more detuned and wibbly, and laden with synths. As
the title suggests, ‘Amen 96’ is in Fake’s own words, “me having a go at
jungle. I grew up listening to it, and I remember as a teenager it sounded
like the most intense and otherworldly music ever. It still does. This track
is an experiment to see how my melodic style works against amen breaks”.
Closer to the braindance end of the spectrum than ‘proper’ jungle (and all
the more interesting for it). A collaboration with Nathan’s close friend and
genuine musical hero Clark. ‘Outsider’ finds this dream team alchemising pure
gold that’s bigger than the sum of their parts. Skittering, intense,
far-reaching end epic, the pair close proceedings on a grandly dramatic note.
An in-demand remixer, Fake has added his magic to tracks by Radiohead, Clark,
Perc, Jon Hopkins, GoGo Penguin, Dominik Eulberg, Christian Lo¨ffler and
Damian Lazarus, working for labels including Ninja Tune, Domino, Warp, Blue
Note and Kompakt |

Originally issued in 1986, Zamia
Lehmanni stands as the third and final core album by SPK, and the first to
fully reflect Graeme Revell working alone. Created during a moment of
transition, the record moves decisively away from the confrontational industrial
noise of SPK's early years toward a more expansive, cinematic language that
would later underpin Revell's acclaimed film work |

vinyl in violet, orange, green, and navy patterned art sleeve, with embossed
play:musik icon logo on front. p:m is delighted to welcome Kumarachi to the
fold - a Nottingham-based artist with a deep catalogue steadily built over
the past 11+ years. For the label’s first 10” vinyl cut, Kumarachi teams up
with his old friend, the wonderful Liam Bailey, for some rudeboy pressure on
the a side, while flying solo for the b. Tracklist: A. On Sight: snappy
snares, snarling bass, and shifting percussion meet the dulcet tones of Liam
Bailey, who turns in a different kind of original dancehall style vocal that
gets people skanking and swaying. / B. Cast No Shadow: a heavy-hitting track
of pummelling breaks and beats, heavy bass, dub fx, and synth stabs, reminiscent
of Star Wars’ X-wings in space. In Kumarachi’s own words: “On Sight was just
a loop when I sent it to Liam, then arranged and built around his vocals. I
played it to a couple of people for feedback and to test out, it luckily
found its way to DJ Flight via Sweetpea, so a big thanks to her too. Both
myself and Liam felt play:musik is the perfect label for On Sight, with what
Flight stands for musically and culturally, there’s a definite alignment
within the lyrical content aswell. It’s a perfect fit. Cast No Shadow was
written later and specifically for this release to contrast and complement
the flip. It actually came together quite quickly - referencing classic
combinations, whilst hopefully sounding fresh for 2026.” |

After
years of sustained studio work, sonic research, and conceptual exploration,
this album stands as the definitive consolidation of their collaborative
project. Born from the dialogue between two distinct yet complementary
visions of techno — Orbe’s futuristic and immersive atmospheres, and Psyk’s
hypnotic depth, stripped-back minimalism — the record unfolds as a carefully
sculpted sonic journey. Tension, space, and texture take center stage,
shaping an evolving narrative that progresses seamlessly from track to track.
More than a collection of individual cuts, the album embodies a cohesive and
mature concept: a shared identity refined through countless hours of studio
experimentation, critical listening, and synthesis. Here, the core essence of
the project crystallizes — a point of convergence between atmosphere and
impact, abstraction and functionality, introspection and raw dancefloor
energy. This release not only marks the culmination of an intensive creative
cycle, but also signals the beginning of a new phase in their ongoing
exploration of techno’s expressive potential |

Driveline
Records launches its catalog with a focused four-track vinyl EP built for the
dancefloor, presenting four distinct yet cohesive techno cuts driven by
groove, atmosphere and functionality. The A-side opens with Invexis -
"Roots", a hypnotic builder that slowly unfolds into a funky-driven
rhythm. Tight hi-hats and rolling basslines carry the track forward,
culminating in a subtle yet engaging melodic progression that lifts the
energy without losing tension. Next, Pylot - "Observation" delivers
a highly functional club tool based on steady loops and an aquatic sound
design. Aggressive low-end and raw basslines support an atmospheric and
hypnotic flow, making it a solid choice for mid-set pressure and long blends.
On the B-side, Berlin-based duo Disguised contribute "Gitty (Dub
Mix)", a dub-influenced and dreamy track designed to keep the dancefloor
moving while creating a floating, immersive mood. Deep grooves and spacey
textures balance rhythm and emotion. Closing the EP, Shadow Hrym -
"Delia" explores more melancholic territory, combining tribal and
funky rhythms with emotive soundscapes, offering a powerful and memorable
ending to the record. A strong debut statement that defines Driveline
Records' sonic vision: DJ-oriented techno with depth, groove and atmosphere,
pressed on vinyl for dedicated selectors |

The new label
opens its first chapter with a collaboration between Elisa Batti (label
founder) and Isabel Soto, two artists who have been working together for some
time. Their debut release balances precision, atmosphere, and texture,
bridging club-ready energy with immersive listening experiences. Founded in
March 2026 in Amsterdam, the label reflects Elisa's musical vision, moving
from deep, driving techno to experimental and ambient territories. Each
release is carefully curated, emphasizing coherence, attention to detail, and
long-term artistic impact. This first record sets the tone for the label's
direction, intentional, focused, and defined by a strong musical identity.
It's both a statement and a starting point, marking the beginning of a journey
that will explore bold sonic landscapes while maintaining clarity and depth.

Alien Communications mark the
mini-landmark of their 20th reissue with a suitably classy new album from
electro mainstay Carl Finlow. His ability to speak through his machines knows
no bounds and that is never clearer than across a longer work like this six-track
mini album. 'Conspectus' sets the scene with beautiful, crystalline synths
which unfurl in a distant cosmic world. There are more turbulent moments
along the way, like 'Infiltrator' which has some fluttery metal sounds that
remind of Kraftwerk, while 'Renewed' is dialled into club energy with a
rickety rhythm and charged up electricity coursing through the synths |

A
label long synonymous with raw, off-centre electronics and uncompromising
club tools, Bjarki’s bbbbbb recors welcomes a producer whose approach feels
cut from the same cloth, London’s Henry Greenleaf. In an era where
functionality often outweighs feeling, ‘Brawn’ is a record that doesn’t court
approval; it insists on impact. Built for high-pressure systems and low
ceilings, it channels force not as spectacle, but as design. Greenleaf’s
catalogue to date, spanning labels such as Par Avion, YUKU, and ARTS,
sketches a restless trajectory between precision and collapse. His
productions operate where rhythm becomes architecture: kicks land like poured
concrete, subs buckle and flex beneath shifting percussive grids, and
textures are stretched until they fray at the edges. Sound is treated as a
physical material, layered and stress-tested, reshaped until the familiar
mutates into something tactile and strange. Across the EP, that philosophy
takes full form. A1 ‘Brawn’ sets the tone with dense, piston-like drums and
tightly coiled low-end pressure, balancing brute force with meticulous
spatial control. ‘Jump Up To Be’ follows with a more fractured swing,
percussive shards ricocheting across a framework that feels perpetually on
the verge of rupture. On the flip, ‘Gawk’ strips things back to skeletal
components, carving negative space between distorted pulses and menacing,
warped rhythmic figures, before ‘UNTUNTUNT’ closes the record in driving
fashion, delivering a raw, functional workout that reduces the groove to its
bluntest, most hypnotic form. True to the label’s ethos, ‘Brawn’ doesn’t
chase trends or smooth its edges. It folds air and pressure into motion,
pares club music down to its working parts, and leaves room for spontaneous
chaos to erupt within the grid; moments where structure splinters, energy
misbehaves, and control gives way just enough to keep things volatile.
Engineered yet unpredictable, utilitarian yet unruly, the EP embodies the
tension, unpredictability, and uniqueness that have long defined bbbbbb
records |

(Vinyl-only,
Kenny Dope remix) Laurent Garnier's COD3 QR goes straight to the point for a
vinyl-only release this April, featuring a Kenny Dope remix of Alex Finkin
& Rocco Rodamaal, plus new tracks from K' Alexi Shelby, Carlos Nilmmns
and Benny Rodrigues a.k.a. ROD under his recently launched moniker, The Lost
Souldancer. From his roots in House, Alex Finkin is a renowned producer and
creative director. Working in his
Paris studio he has developed numerous projects, notably his own (Roseaux),
as well as commissions for radio and television. Meanwhile, with 30 years of production and
DJing under his belt, Rocco Rodamaal belongs to the elite circle of House
innovators who continue to influence the scene. He's played alongside some of the best in
the industry showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the genre,
and remixed artists including Marshall Jefferson, Kerri Chandler, Louie Vega
& Moodymann, Todd Terry, Barbara Tucker and Robert Owens to name just a
few. Alex Finkin befriended Rocco
Rodamaal, who he met via the soulful Parisian club Djoon, where Alex was
resident from 2006 to 2014. They have
since collaborated on a number of projects together, including "In Da
Hood" released on COD3 QR in 2023.
Kenny Dope's "O'Gutta" remixes are a series of house and
club-focused reworks characterized by raw, gritty and often stripped-back
percussion, which he now brings to "In Da Hood". Ross McMillan,
known professionally as Carlos Nilmmns, is a Scottish electronic music
producer, DJ and composer originally from Glasgow. Over the years he has collaborated with a
range of notable artists, including Grammy-nominated and Grammy-winning
figures, including Kenny Dope, Carl Craig, Kevin Saunderson and Davina
Bussey, plus respected artists like Niko Marks, Rolando, Laurent Garnier,
Santiago Salazar, Hardrock Striker, Karl The Voice, Zadig, Ben Sims, Andrés
(who worked with Jay Dilla and Moodymann), and YouANDme. His music has been released on Planet E,
Trax, Cocoon, Ornaments, Circus, Virgin, Skylax/Universal Music France and
more. His style draws from house,
techno and jazz influences, often combining analogue and digital production
methods. A returning regular and COD3
QR favourite, he's back with another stunner in "Latin Quarter". K'
Alexi Shelby is a prominent figure in electronic music and with a career
spanning decades, he's established a significant influence on House and
Techno. Throughout his career he's
worked with many well-known artists and remixed tracks that are now key
pieces. The cultivation of his massive
musical catalogue has overflowed into albums and the three labels he
heads. It's also led to legendary
collaborations with artists such as The Pet Shop Boys, Robert Owens, Kenny
Dixon, Roy Davis Jr., Maurice Joshua, Terry Hunter, Joe Smooth, Steve Silke
Hurley, Tyree Cooper, Ron Trent, Glenn Underground, Larry Heard, DJ Pierre,
Carl Craig, Felix da Housecat, Marshall Jefferson, Will Smith and countless
others. Already respected around the
world as a true underground House legend, he delivered "Flame" in
2025 for COD3 QR. Now he's back with
"When I", another deep and sexy cut. Benny Rodrigues a.k.a. ROD
unveiled his new moniker, The Lost Souldancer when he dropped "No More
Voices" for COD3 QR last year. In
his own words, Benny says: "The Lost Souldancer is about coping with the
loss of what once was. Finding comfort
in the invisible rather than what can be seen. Disconnect to connect in order to be loved
rather than liked." He continues
this ethos with the delicate and melodic closing track "Life and
Death" |

Daniel
Steinberg debuts on Rekids the Berlin-based Arms & Legs boss drops the
‘Free Living’ EP. Berlin-based producer and DJ Daniel Steinberg lands on
Rekids for the fi rst time with the ‘Free Living’ EP, 13th March 2026. Active
for over two decades and emerging at the height of the stripped-back, funkier
end of minimal house, Steinberg has built a reputation for pairing infectious
hooks with tightly programmed grooves, and has ploughed his path via his
label, Arms & Legs Records, as well as labels like NuGroove, Front Room,
and Southern Fried. The title track of Daniel Steinberg’s ‘Free Living’ EP
sets the tone with slow-slung, dusty House pressure, where restraint and
subtlety shape a deep, immersive groove. Blues-tinged vocal fragments sit low
in the mix alongside understated trumpet motifs and tender chords, forming a
warm-up cut that gradually raises the energy. ‘Concrete Master’ shifts gear
entirely, delivering raw, in-your-face house driven by sleazy rap snippets
and snarling hits, built for peak-time impact. ‘Seven Sense’ follows with
turbo-charged momentum, pairing vamping piano lines with gospel-leaning vocal
stabs for hands-in-the-air release, before ‘Perfect Catch’ closes the EP with
loopy chords, chopped grooves, and a playful, party-starting sensibility,
delivered with characteristic precision. Founded in 2006, Radio Slave’s
Rekids expanded with the techno-focused Rekids Special Projects in 2017 and
its latest sublabel, REK’D, in 2024. With Matt Edwards as sole A&R,
Rekids continues to champion emerging and established artists alike,
remaining a trusted home for house and related sounds, with recent releases
from DJ Minx, Echonomist, Tal Fussman, and more |

James
Ruskin's Blueprint Records continues its 30-year celebrations with a new EP
by Kr!z who returns with his fourth EP for the label. Kr!z made his Blueprint
debut in fine style with his "Neutrino EP" in 2022 and went on to
deliver the "Revelation EP" in 2023 and "Horo EP" in 2024
so it's fitting that he's back to join in this landmark label anniversary.
Kr!z has been at the forefront of techno for more than a decade. Influenced
by the hypnotic and energetic sound helmed by veterans such as Jeff Mills,
Steve Rachmad and James Ruskin, he gradually but steadily developed his own
identity in the international techno scene. After making a name for himself
as a skilled DJ with sharp focus and a quick mixing style in home country
Belgium and the Netherlands, Kr!z launched Token Records in 2007. It has
since been a leading outlet for heady, purist sounds. He rapidly established
the label as a fixed value with a timeless and powerful sound and took it
around the world with label nights on every continent. Token remains
important in defining techno today - always straightforward, sometimes weird,
often catchy - all under the helm of Kr!z as avid A&R. After 12 years
spent assiduously focused on curating the Token discography, showcasing
artists he has nurtured and supported over this time, and incorporating the
connoisseur's knowledge and experience he has cultivated in his work as a DJ,
in 2019 he released his own debut EP "Mantra" on the label, earning
high acclaim from both media and key DJs. Since then, he has continued to
develop a strong body of work, regularly releasing on the influential
Blueprint Records and SK_eleven alongside his own Token imprint, and
producing aseries of notable remixes. This steady output has established him
as a key figure within the techno landscape, recognized for both consistency
and artistic depth. Kr!z's latest Blueprint EP "Footprints" is
released 13th March on vinyl |

directions. Built around Isolée’s signature warm chords, skittering rhythms,
and hypnotic restraint, 'Beau Mot Plage' remains a masterclass in subtle
groove and emotional economy. The A-side opens with the Heaven & Earth
Re-Edit, Luke Solomon and Rob Mello's extended take that amplifies the
track’s balearic glow while preserving its intimate pulse. This is followed
by the Freeform Five vs Idjut Boys Beats version, which nudges the original
toward a looser, club-ready feel, adding bounce and attitude without
sacrificing its understated charm. On the B-side, Freeform Reform Parts I
& II delivers a deeper, more exploratory reconstruction |

A
new wave of Latin-infused groove arrives on Crosstown Rebels, and South
American favourite Guti is at the helm. Returning to Damian Lazarus’ imprint
with a release that captures his music in its most immediate and expressive
form, his four-track ‘You Know Ya Miss Me’ EP marks his first material on the
label since 2020, reigniting a relationship that stretches back over 15
years. For the Argentinian artist, the studio has always been a living room,
a jam space, a place where ideas can breathe, collide, and evolve naturally.
Throughout his career, Guti has blended groove-driven house and Latin
percussion into a signature sonic language in which spontaneity guides the
process. The result here is a new release that feels as alive as it does
intentional, designed for ears, hearts, and dancefloors alike. Title track
‘You Know Ya Miss Me’ opens with warm rhythmic layers and subtle instrumental
interplay, a space where melody and movement coexist freely. ‘What You Give’
follows, pulsing with the organic energy of jam-session dynamics, each
percussive gesture and melodic line alive with intention. On the flip, ‘The
Truth’ unfurls a rich tapestry of percussion, soulful vocals, and
improvisational motifs, while ‘La Nueva Onda Latina’ closes the EP as a vivid
statement; an embodiment of the “new Latin sound” at the heart of Guti’s
ethos, where instruments, electronics, and collaborative energy meet on equal
footing. At its core, ‘You Know Ya Miss Me’ is a showcase of a musical mind
at work: deliberate yet free, precise yet flowing, rooted in tradition but
open to the unexpected. It’s a reflection of Guti’s belief that dance music
can be both kinetic and expressive, that improvisation and groove can
coexist, and that the most resonant sounds are born when musicians let go in
the moment. This EP invites listeners into that space, to move with the
rhythms, and to experience a sound unmistakably Guti; organic, vibrant, and
alive |

Mean
Field Mutation is a thermodynamic phenomenon occurring just below the
vaporization point of voracious growth. It relies on the debris of false and
almost forgotten narratives. Astral residue of consumer angst, echoes of
obsolete newspeak and oscillations of promotional imbecilities collide with
free floating particles hovering under the radar of the megamachine. In
steady intervals, this results in a meltdown producing random waves of
reconfigurations driven by cryptic but sanguine naivety. Released on
Lustpoderosa, Mean Field Mutation is the first musical output by Des Coda.
Written and produced by Piero Scherer during the pandemic winter of 2021 in
his bedroom studio in Zurich. Moving between playful serenity and feral
distortion, it was produced by layering sounds from field recordings, radio
and TV clips, as wellas sequences from drum machines and analogue
synthesizers. Taking a stance against commercial copyright, all stems of this
production are available for download free of charge and ready to be
reappropriated. Des Coda is an open field for collaborative, cultural
experiments beyond the conventional understanding of authorship and
representation. It engages with an artistic position that defines the
creative process as an interplay between context and concept. The resulting
work is not a rigid product of authoritarian ingenuity, but a sensitive,
living organism guided by the tensions between society and individual. Des
Coda is the zestful curiosity rummaging through the rubble of the present in
search of future aesthetics |
