All rise for Skeleton King. The Bristol based producer lines up
his Lobster Theremin debut with Deep Into The Night four tracks that
highlight the emotional nuances of the skeletal sound. Skeleton King has a
knack for the large; be it lairy, UKG basslines or lo-fi alternative pop
there's a quiet confidence in his ability to jump between genres so
effortlessly. 'Anxiety' begins as a half-time, bass-driven stepper and
finishes on some sort of ragga-dub tip, and those horns! Clearly inspired by
the producer's time in Bristol it's an instant rave starter. 'Deep Into The
Night' combines the producer's love for breaks and garage on a wubbed-out,

October, Atlanta-based and NYC-born producer Xiorro readies his Lobster
Theremin debut with four cuts of heavy yet varied techno, heavily influenced
by the sounds you might hear at ALKHEMY - a collective co-founded by the
artist, whose genesis is dedicated to spreading diversity within techno and
making space for marginalised, people of colour and women to play - their The
Black Hole parties helping to re-shape the NYC soundscape. 'A Quien No Le
Gusta Duro?' - 'Who Doesn't Like It Hard?' - attempts to answer its own
question across six minutes of ravey hardcore and industrial techno before
diverting to a more soulful vibe on 'Get Down To This'; it's choppy vocal samples
and groove giving off the energy of an NYC ballroom. 'Shock To The System' is
trance-techno without the cheese; ethereal malfunctions and transcendental
atmospherics create something that feels spiritual in its release, while 'Say

Different's alter ego Terra Form explores the artist's tougher,
uncompromising self; creating music that meets the needs of the dance-floor
with the added ability to load us all into hyper-space. It's electro but with
an added sense of largeness, combining carefully selected sounds with rawness
at the center. 'Agripinaa' opens the EP with its commanding kick drums and
mind-altering electronics, sending a signal for those willing enough to hear
it. 'Trinity' then finds the perfect balance between grit and emotion;
distorting naturally airy synths and proving that beauty can be found even in
the most murky of sounds. After the record's raucous opening, the
ear-wiggling synths and wide-eyed electronics of 'Hydraulics Chamber' lure us
back in, before the record takes a surprising turn - the stripped-back
grooves of 'XV-88' show Terra Form's ability to use only a few nuanced sounds
in both a playful and endearing way, while leading us perfectly down the
meandering path to the record's closing sequence. 'MasterBlaster' couldn't be
a better suited name and covers almost all the bases. A time-shifting,
kinetic overcast that's both palpable and unapologetic. The Swedish based
producer has never reached for the brakes since his career began, merging

so Solar Phenomena's astral adventures continue into the furthest corners of
the technoid galaxy Having executed a safe and successful take-off earlier
this summer with Echoplex' s 'Solar Experience', the new label continues to
explore the stars with rising Roman Antonio Ruscito. Following releases on
Who Whom and Edit Select earlier this year, Ruscito navigates us through a
conceptual suite that questions ideas of existence and loneliness within a
reality that blurs with virtuality at such a pace we have to question
everything. One thing that doesn't need questioning is the forthright and
stark nature of these constructions. 'Seclusion One' plays the role of the
rocket-fuelled take-off track. Setting the scene and plotting the route,
there's a subtly evolving and mutating feel while the end-point remains
focused with a consistent feel of elevation thanks to the rich textures
entwined into every element of the rhythm and energy. Onward we travel:
'Seclusion Two' takes much more of an introspective route as it rolls out a
much more stripped back evocative journey that s creative subverted by
Rephlex-affiliate and respected Finnish artist Aleksi Perala one his
electro-referencing remix. Finally we're brought back down to our home
asteroid with the beautiful harmonics and hazed aesthetics of 'Seclusion
Three'. Presented in two different forms one star-struck instrumental and one
featuring the redolent dulcets of Sam the message and overall experience is
one of hope and unity, glaring in the face of personal, technological and
cultural isolation. It s time to come together |

Mikel
Laboa es, sin duda, la referencia más emblemática de la canción vasca. Nació
en 1934 y cursando estudios de medicina y psiquiatría, comenzó su carrera
artística dentro de la que se identificó como un "artista social"
al estilo de Atahualpa Yupanqui o Violeta Parra por quienes sentía mucha
admiración. Debutó en el teatro Gayarre (Pamplona) en el año 1958 y durante
la década de los 60 fundó junto a otros artistas vascos (Benito Lertxundi,
Xabier Lete,...) el grupo cultural Ez Dok Amairu. Laboa emergió de aquí como
máximo exponente de la "nueva canción vasca". En el año 1964
publicó en Baiona su primer single, "Azken", con 4 canciones. Su
primer LP "Bat -Hiru", doble, se publicó en el año 1974 y es
considerado como el "mejor disco vasco de la historia". Algunas de
sus canciones, como "Txoria txori" son ya clásicos que han sido
versioneados, trasmitidos de generación en generación y eternizados,
aportando a la identidad vasca una gran carga de simbología. Su último
concierto lo ofreció el 11 de julio de 2006 en San Sebastián, teloneando a
Bob Dylan. El 2 de diciembre de 2008 fallecía en San Sebastián a la edad de

Baldruin's debut on Buh Records,
reaffirms his skill in creating a particular approach to ambient. A
combination of acoustic and electronic sounds, to produce true musical
fantasies. Relikte aus der Zukunft (Relics from the future) is a new album by
experimental German artist Baldruin. Growing up in a small Bavarian village
rectory around 10 meters beside the church and serving as an altar boy: organ
music, church bells, and spiritual chanting were very much present in
Johannes Schebler's ears during his childhood years. This experience was
probably the basis for his ongoing interest in transcendental and mysterious
atmospheres, he recalls. Schebler started making music as Baldruin back in
2009 with DIY experimentations which were first released on tape, a CD-R
3" and later on several LPs all over Europe (Ireland, Spain, Portugal,
Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Slovakia), as well as in the USA and Japan |

Originally released in 2004, “Dillema” marked Shinedoe’s debut track on the
Dutch label 100% Pure. It became an instant classic! The track found its way
into the record bags of virtually every major techno DJ, defining an era with
its tough, funky, Detroit influenced groove. Now, in 2026, Dillema returns
with a fresh set of remixes that bridge generations, honouring the original
while reinterpreting it for today’s dance floors. The title Dillema refers to
a state of tension, choice, and duality mirroring the track’s layered
structure and driving push-and-pull energy. Shinedoe intentionally chose the
alternative spelling “Dillema” simply because she liked how it looked better
visually. The unconventional spelling became part of the track’s identity and

Casella with Chris Corelli On Tuesday 13 May 1986, TAANG! Records owner,
Curtis Casella hosted a 2 hour celebration of The Misfits on Harvard
University Radio. The show was part of You Make Me Sick: a Complete History
of Punk Rock 1976 - 1986 and included a treasure trove of information on the
band and the various pressings and editions of their discography, including
tracks from Samhain and The Undead. In addition, Curtis spun rare and (at the
time) unreleased tracks and, best of all, conducted an exclusive interview
with Glenn Danzig. Accross 3 Volumes, Fiend F.M. presents the entire show,

According to the court ruling in
the lawsuit brought against the band, allegedly by a former technician, this
album should have been released under a different name for the group. Perhaps
as a provocative nod, the individual who appears on the cover wearing a nut
as an oppressive turban is struck on the back cover by the hammers of Justice
and the Law. However, the group ignores this and continues to sign as it has
been doing since 1983. The musical arrangements are more powerful, with the
guitars taking precedence over the rest much more than before. The drums are
also more present. The soundscape takes centre stage, even over the lyrics.
The opening track, `Monopoly', is representative of this, with its fast-paced
rhythm provided by galloping guitars. Originally released in 1994, it is
surprising how, almost ten years after their debut, La Polla Records were
still capable of making albums of such intensity |

energy boost in record form: that's how the new Admiral Freebee album sounds.
Born from a primal desire to make music with his friends aka heroes and dive
into the studio. Opening track Seeking A Friend sets the tone: drums swell, a
sharp riff takes centre stage and Van Laere lets out a raw 'Armageddooon'.
The world is on fire and Admiral Freebee does not turn a blind eye, but first
we have some fun. Uptempo, groovy, danceable even, with funky synths and a
bunch of infectious HEYs: for nine songs good times are all over the place,
from first single Q&A With Myself to bangers like Future Fathers Of
Utopia and The Hunger. As always with Admiral Freebee, there's also room for
humor and he doesn't shy away from introspection either. And make no mistake:
Tom Van Laere is no lapdog (No One's Puppy). Closing track Dog That Never
Dies is the only intimate song on the album and sounds like a synthesis of
all the album's themes. And rest assured: Admiral Freebee is doing fine, and
both him and his music are bursting with joy. So leave your worries behind

Mutual
Rytm spawns new sub-label 'Versus' with debut EP from longtime techno
associates Regent and Chontane. Continuing to expand its creative world,
SHDW's Mutual Rytm imprint now introduces 'Versus' - a new sub-label crafted
for creative symbiosis between two artists across one shared release. Opening
the series with authority, Regent and Chontane man the debut offering - two
close friends and native Berliners who have been shaping techno for more than
15 years. Both long-standing members of the Mutual Rytm family, having
released multiple times here before, the pair have always created music
informed by life immersed in their local scene. Having both mutually
influenced one another over the years, here they present their shared
interpretation of techno with individual artistic DNA, forming a unified
sound that represents the best of both worlds. Regent goes first, leaning
towards functional, anthemic, dance-floor-focused techno. 'Ephemera' is
tight, minimal but forceful; 'Slow Burn' has synth tension rising through the
dark, next to glitchy percussion; and 'Afterglow' lets in more light,
bringing otherworldly synths that hang above the groove and consume your
focus. Chontane then explores a more musical and unconventional approach.
'Plaxaric' is supple, warm, and deep techno that tunnels into an abyss.
'Grounding Factor' is just as economical in design, but with introverted funk
and evolving layers of sound. 'Mental Lab' spins out into complex rhythms
inspired equally by IDM, jungle, and techno. It's a mental workout as well as
a physical one. Both artists add a pair of digital bonus tracks. Regent's
'Control Room' and 'Rarely Enough' deliver elevated, hypnotic tools, before
Chontane's 'Escore' and 'Outside In' bring extroverted drum patterns along
with contrasting melodic unease |

Place arrives on Dorbachov's Scrap & Delete with the 'Swarm' EP landing
on 8th May 2026, coming with a remix from Belgium's Steve Redhead. Known for
navigating the darker, more experimental edges of the genre while maintaining
driving, floor-focused energy, the Liverpool-based Decibel Place has
previously delivered on labels including Materialised, Transition, MASS, and
Khazad Records. As a DJ, he continues to earn attention with his tightly
constructed sets across the hardgroove circuit, a sensibility carried through
this latest body of work. The EP opens with the title track 'Swarm', setting
the tone through immersive, tension-building arrangements. Undulating sound
design and tightly interlocked rhythms draw the listener into a dense,
atmospheric space, rich in detail and forward motion. Steve Redhead steps
in on remix duties, reworking 'Swarm' into a stripped-back, percussive cut
defined by clarity and control, where subtle shifts in rhythm and texture
drive a deeper, hypnotic propulsion. 'Infection' follows with a shift into
more industrial territory, introducing broken rhythms and raw, mechanical

Lenny returns to Rekids with the ‘Piano Lessons at Eight’ EP, complete with a
Tal Fussman remix. It follows Lenny’s ‘Not About The Volume’ EP, released in
December 2025. London-based DJ, producer, vocalist, and Fine Human Records
label owner Dino Lenny returns to Radio Slave’s Rekids with the ‘Piano
Lessons at Eight’ EP 24th April 2026, alongside a remix from label regular
Tal Fussman. The EP follows Lenny’s ‘Not About The Volume’ EP, which released
late 2025, and won support from Laurent Garnier, Chloé Caillet, Catz ‘n Dogz,
and more. ‘Piano Lessons at Eight’ centres Lenny’s own vocals over a dark,
chugging rhythm that develops steadily, tracing a personal journey from
formal piano training to the discovery of electronic music. The biographical
thread running through the record gives it an identity that sits apart from
purely functional dance music. Rekids regular and Survival Tactics boss Tal
Fussman then provides the accompanying remix, a crunchy, percussive rework
that brings his characteristic blend of deep house and raw techno to bear,
adding melancholic piano stabs that add texture without crowding the
arrangement. The outcome is focused, atmospheric, and built for extended
play. With releases on R&S, Diynamic, Innervisions, Crosstown Rebels,
Strictly Rhythm, Bedrock, and his own Fine Human Records label, and
collaborative work alongside Underworld, Missy Elliott, Wu-Tang Clan, and
Madonna, Lenny holds a long-established position within both underground and
mainstream electronic contexts. Consistently supported by Pete Tong, Solomun,
Carl Cox, and Groove Armada, he maintains a presence that spans scenes
without being defi ned by any single one. Since 2021, he has hosted
